Horrible service. Management staff is a joke and mistakes are more common than the right order. I understand the occasional mistake can happen but that isnt the case with this location. My bowl was missing salsa and found this cap in the bottom of the bowl I ordered today.

One of the slowest chipotle branch wait is at least 30 minutes bad service uncooked rice and they forgot to add the salsa which wa requested in the side . When you call they don’t pick up the phone poor management

They had me wait in line for 20 min and there was only a few people in front of me super slow staff, I went at 9 and they supposedly ran out of the corn salsa and also ran out of chips. Then I got home and started eating and realized that the rice was undercooked it was crunchy super bad never again.

This place really needs to up their game! One of their sides was missing entirely. I asked for fajitas but they didn’t have them. This alone tells a lot about their lack of preparation. Also, their customer service is another area that needs a whole lot of improvement. The workers were busy talking amongst themselves that they didn’t acknowledge a customer or politely ask them to wait while they refilled their ingredients. I felt like they didn’t have the mindset to serve, but cared more about socializing with their coworkers. I left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Because it's busy, the staff rush at times. They can just plop cheese and meat, such as my quesadilla, without properly folding the tortilla or putting the proper proportion of ingredients. I'm a recent, my quesadilla had too much cheese, not enough chicken and it fell apart.The counters are also sloppy with lettuce and beans. The chairs are out of place. There's not enough utensils. And the trash is overflowing. I noticed there seems to be too many people in back kitchen and not enough people keeping the place tidy.Please keep the counters clean and the whole place properly stocked and tidy. Also, please properly proportion the ingredients in an order and properly fold the tortilla. And one time a staff came out to help CO worker at cashier while holding a plate of rice and meat. Not sure if he was eating it or placing an order, but this looks unprofessional.

Never go to this chipotle they are super understaffed and super slow and when they don’t have enough condiments they give you what’s left and charge u a full amount. They had over 10 people today and only one was working the food while the other stands at the register doing nothing but charging. No one knows how to coordinate the restaurant at all and there would be a long line and send them on their breaks while customers just keep coming in. This is why no one chooses to eat there.

When I go in person and when I order on DoorDash for delivery or pickup, why are the portion significantly different?When it's pick up or delivery, it looks like the employee ate half. Can it just be standard all across?

WORST LOCATION!! Ordered a Veggie Salad. When I got to fajitas they said they didn't have Any fajitas today. I asked for my dressing at the cashier and he said they didn't have any dressing today because they were short staffed. So I paid for a veggie salad and didn't get a veggie salad. How can you not think that you need to put a sign up that says NO FAJITAS. NO SALAD DRESSING. how ridiculous that the supervisor doesn't care. I wouldn't have bought a salad if I had known I'd be paying for fajitas and dressing and not get them. Total waste!!!

We were there on a Thursday. It looked short staffed. Only 2 behind the counter. 2 of my 3 tacos fell apart before I even ate them. The Carne asada was tough and hard to chew. My son's quesadilla didn't look like one. The pieces were square, although tasted fine. You've got to keep up with the trash on tables. We bussed our own. Overall, for $ 41.00, not that impressed with this Chipotle.
