The pollo bowels are mostly rice and beans with very little chicken its supposed to be double chicken and the serve very little. What I think is really terrible is the CHURROS lord please don’t sell the dish if you are not going to prepare it properly. There is nothing on them and they are supposed to be meant as a sweet treat. They are selling just dry flour sticks. I’ve bought them multiple times and they are always served the same as this location. Barely any sugar or cinnamon....

Food is great, you're forced to navigate a complicated and poorly organized kiosk, they will not take in person, in store orders, and if you need help with the kiosk, they reluctantly help only with the item you're having issues with. They said if I want to order in person, use the drive through. By the way, very expensive for what you get. It's high quality but the hassle, hijinx, escapade and all that really makes for an abhorrent experience.
