Gave us the wrong order and then wanted us to pay again for the correct order

Ordered a double jack ketchup only, they gave me one with everything on it which is ok, it’s a mistake but when I asked them to fix it instead of remaking it they just took off the patty that had all the stuff on it and didn’t give me a new one, so I paid full price of a double for a single burger.

Best Jack for miles same people work there for many years and if you live in La crescenta you know there is nothing to eat except Jack

I realize that when they are sandwiches or promotional packages, the presentation is not the best or the same as the regular ones.
This branch is small and most of the tables were disorganized and dirty... I cleaned the table where I sat.

Disgusting ???? the most delicious burgers, disgusting when you eat them, the oil drips everywhere, no flavor, the meat is super expensive and super small, a total scam, the soda just looked like carbonated water ???? the only good thing is their potatoes spiral but they give you super few fatal experience

To whom this may concern I recently received poor customer service from I believe she is a team leader her name is Elizabeth and not only to my self but also with the employees I don't think Elizabeth has what it takes to be someone in charge she needs to learn how to speak to her team I would not recommend this location to anyone cause I wouldn't want them to go through what I went through thank you for your time

food is great, the employees are friendly, I've yet to see any mistakes on my orders after 6 total visits. will go back. building is very small and it's a bit difficult to get in or out of the parking lot on a busy day.
