McDonald’s is better! Never again.
If you want a real burger, just go to Five Guys. It’s not just the food—the toilet paper is super low quality too.
Like, seriously… think about that.

I go to this jack in the box very often and I am often happy with my food but , they have a hard time getting orders correct one time I order two jack wraps and only received one, tonight I ordered a burger with double patties and even doubled checked to make sure everything I was charged for was in the burger but sadly they miss made my order and ignored and almost shrugged off when I asked them to double check my order.

Busy line for drive through okay food friendly staff price went up expensive now over 15 for a jumbo jack combo crazy not worth eating out anymore

Go at your own risk. They need to fix that leaky ceiling before someone falls.

Late night fast food doesn't get much better than this. I usually get the double Jack combo with a couple of tacos (extra hot sauce). Oh and you can't forget the curly fries with ranch!

The food was simply not good - French toast sticks were hard and over cooked and the fries were overcooked and broken in to little a pieces! Friendly staff!

Gave us the wrong order and then wanted us to pay again for the correct order

Ordered a double jack ketchup only, they gave me one with everything on it which is ok, it’s a mistake but when I asked them to fix it instead of remaking it they just took off the patty that had all the stuff on it and didn’t give me a new one, so I paid full price of a double for a single burger.

Best Jack for miles same people work there for many years and if you live in La crescenta you know there is nothing to eat except Jack

I realize that when they are sandwiches or promotional packages, the presentation is not the best or the same as the regular ones.
This branch is small and most of the tables were disorganized and dirty... I cleaned the table where I sat.
