So this McDonalds is very close to where I drop off and pick up my Dad every week. We had some extra time to kill so we stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat this week. Now I have been here before however Im just going to review this particular visit. I will note that in one service area It has been an issue during my last 2 or 3 visits, but more on that in a bit. Upon getting to the restaurant my dad was looking for a healthy choice option. Apparently they have done away with their salads at least that was according to the register who sings Uncertain about it and after getting clarification didn't seem to much more certain one way or the other. I'm thinking she might have been new. So I finally decided on a fish sandwich and I decided on a six-piece chicken nugget option with a coke. Because we couldn't figure out why there were no signs on the kiosk to order and delivering with the cashier and it was a little confusing to figure out if we needed a plastic number or if we're supposed to wait for her number to be called but turns out the number was called so we went to pick up the food. Food was good. Before leaving had to wait for few minutes to be seen by staff for a refill which can be annoying when they seem to be chit chatting and you are trying to grab a refill and catch up with your disabled father who still thinks he is unstoppable especially walking thru parking lots or on stairs. This is actually where I have had an issue on numerous occasions with the last visit before this being the worst as you can hear and see a manager calling a customer rude for attempting to catch his attention (there were several people waiting to order) (we were waiting about 4 or 5 minutes for someone to come amd take people's orders. So this seems to be a bit of an ongoing issue with service but again it wasn't really so bad of a wait as it was the getting ignored or spoken about by a manager that was frustrating. However all in all it was still a pleasant trip. Even if the new cashier did not know where the exits were in the back of the eating area.

This McDonald's was one of the cleanest I've been to. It was quite large and the bathrooms were clean and unlocked (nice!) The only complaint I have was that the person that took our order didn't mark that I wanted my double cheeseburgers plain and so when I got them they had onions, ketchup, mustard, and a pickle on each that I had to try to remove. I ended up just discarding the top buns because they had too much on them and putting the two bottom ones together creating a double cheeseburger sort of. Otherwise it was good. They had nice music playing as well, and you could hear it!

The young man who handed me my food at 8:58 PM had his back turned the entire time. My car sits lower, so he couldn’t even see where he was handing the order, and I had to reach up to grab it. He didn’t acknowledge me at all. I wasn’t sure if I needed to wait for a receipt, but since he never said anything, I just left.
I placed a mobile order for my girlfriend because she works by the place and they refused to give her the order and they said they will not refund my order at all. Worker was so rude about and this place is unsanitary workign grabing food bare hands wiping on there pants and then scratching there nose and grabbing food and not washing hands this is pretty sick. Whats crazy is i still didnt get my order waste of points and this location is a scam they take your points and not give you your food and they get a attitude and unsanitary working without using gloves pretty sick for me to say. Not coming here again

I gave it one star because the way the manager speaks to his coworkers in front of clients is very bad. I looked at it this afternoon. The manager shouldn't have that personality, much less in front of clients.

Never enough staff to attend to you at the front. Food is sitting there to pick up but they won’t look at you until you grab their attention they walk right past you to go to the kitchen.
