Min's Kitchen

Do not waste your time at Min’s Kitchen. The service is unacceptable. The host of this restaurant is frantic and disorganized.

I ordered over the phone and was told to pick up in 30 minutes, so we arrived 33 minutes later. It turns out they ‘lost’ our order and had to make it on the spot, but the host didn’t admit that at first, and they only made 2/3 dishes. I asked about the 3rd dish and she ran back into the kitchen immediately. I would have been happy omitting that item but we had to wait another 10 minutes. In total it took 53 minutes for them to make Panama curry, mango sticky rice, and pad kee mow. Clear communication would have gone a long way. This restaurant is logistically incapable.

- one more thing. I forgot to ask for a receipt, but the total was $61.something (just under $62) yet she only gave my $8 in change for my $70 in cash. This isn’t a big deal, but I didn’t realize that she stole that amount of money from me until I was driving home. What an absolute mess of a business

The little lady that works here is just the sweetest and made me feel so important and like a valued customer! I think it’s easy to find good food but to find great food AND great service is hard to come by. Loved to have supported this restaurant and they have very delicious authentic Thai cuisine.

Well, we found our local Thai spot! Delicious food, with fresh, tasty ingredients. Clean dishes, that are light, and full of flavor!

You will be greeted like family, or a longtime friend, even if it is your first time there! It is warm and welcoming! And in a way, after the food, you feel like part of the family!

Great selection of dishes! We got everything spicy, and it was very nice! Not too spicy at all. Chicken satay app was a hit! The eggplant dish was great! The traditional basil chili plate was perfect. Brown rice was fresh and hearty. A dish per person and an app was a good serving size!

Lovely spot of foothill just west of ACH. Parking lot in the back; entrance just east of the restaurant front door.

Highly reco. We will be back again and again!

- second visit: just as tasty, and some how even more inviting! Grabbed the Tom Yum and Tom Kah soups this round and the mango sticky rice, all were a hit!!

The owner Toy is lovely. She remembered us, where we sat last trip, and what we ordered. They are busy, and this just shows how great the service and family touch they have when they welcome you in! Highly reco, thank you Toy!

Great little cozy Thai restaurant, on the day we went one person was serving 4 tables. We waited a while for our order to be taken and even longer for our food but if you're patient (as we were) it is worth it. The food is delicious! I ordered the flat rice noodles with chicken and broccoli

Hands down the worst dining experience I have ever had. ON MOTHERS DAY NO LESS. Ordered two plates. Very basic ingredients and it took them over an hour to get one plate out. One plate out. Yeah it’s that’s ridiculous. No apologies. No server checking in on us. I have worked in the service industry at various restaurants and businesses, and there are certain rules and guidelines that have to be followed, and none of them were!

I completely agree with the other one star reviews. I would dive deeper into my entire experience, but in general, the best thing is to avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Take your money. Somewhere else. We paid $50 for two plates and it took them over an hour to give us one meal.

I felt insulted by the service — I’m a paying customer, I’m not asking you to move mountains but to be competent and courteous about our wait time and make sure we are content with the dining experience!

Food was excellent, Customer service was friendly and prompt. It was busy and lots of families so pretty loud but not a problem unless you're looking for quiet. Would definitely come back!

Where is the beef ,where is anything at all actually....? Just a plate of noodles. To be fair, after complaining I did get what I expected. Happy now.

Staff are very accommodating to vegans, and are sure to check for ingredients that aren't vegan. Good was delicious and the vegetables were cooked perfectly ?

A treasure. The noodles here, so soft, velvety, luxurious and delicious, are impeccable. Everything cooked to order. Soups so warm and soothing. I need to try the seafood, but judging by everything ive had here, should be outstanding.

My partner and I wanted to try some Thai food as we are new to the area and it’s one of our favorites. The reviews seemed okay so we went to check it out. We ordered multiple veggie appetizers all of them lacked flavor. They Also charged us each $3 each for a side of rice…was not mentioned when we ordered our curries, she just said “what kind of rice do you want?”. The only food item I enjoyed was my curry. Make sure to double check when you review your bill, the prices were a bit higher on our bill than on the menu. The servers were friendly but we Probably won’t be back sadly.
