We ordered two cups of soup, but they don't serve a full bowl of soup at all. You get half a bowl of broth, a couple of carrots, a couple of noodles, and a couple of chicken pieces. That's not what I expected when I ordered a bowl of soup for $9.

Love Panera! The pick 2 option is the best. The chocolate chip cookies are a must. They are soft and delicious. The chicken fontega is my favorite with the strawberry chicken poppy seed salad.

I have no idea why this happens, but every single order I ever place here for a beverage, I never receive it.

At first I thought I placed it too early and someone came along and took it before me, but I have ordered on the kiosk in store, to watch my order show up on the screen, and no drink ever arrives (despite showing it's ready); I've ordered on the app while in store, get the notification on my phone my beverage is ready, only to see it not there.

I don't understand why it's only this location.

I try and give them the benefit of the doubt because it's often busy, and I'm sure they prioritize food orders, but ordering a simple drink ends up taking way longer than it has to

If I could give Panera La Canada staff who prepares GrubHub orders for delivery, ZERO stars, I certainly would. Whoever is in charge of this simple task should be FIRED!! This morning I NEEDED a delivery. Unable to drive myself this morning to get 2 everything bagels or I would have. First, I used Panera App. Delivery not available. I've used Uber Eats, Door Dash and GrubHub in the past. First app showed up on my cell was GrubHub. I placed an order for 2 everything bagels along with 4 pastries, small cookies and cream cheese. The order arrived at my home and NO everything bagels. I contacted GrubHub via chat. I informed of the missing everything bagels and asked for everything bagels to be delivered since I had paid for and NOT in the bag. I went round and round and sorry this and sorry that. I said ok, I need the 2 EVERYTHING BAGELS PLEASE!! I was told they couldn't redeliver and that I had to place another order. So, I did. I ordered AGAIN, 2 EVERYTHING BAGELS, along with 2 breakfast sandwiches just to meet the minimum $ amount needed to place another order with GrubHub. That order arrives. This order contained the 2 breakfast sandwiches with 2 sesame seed bagels. STILL NO EVERYTHING BAGELS. I again informed GrubHub. I didn't even ask for another delivery. I didn't want more food, more delivery fees etc. I care for parents and not able to drive to Panera or I would have in the first place. Now, I've been trying to call Panera in La Canada to discuss. The phone gives option to speak with staff member or manager, option #5. I wait on hold. Phone call disconnects. Called again, option #5, disconnects again. How incompetent!! My time is valuable and needed. Whoever has allowed 2 orders to be INCORRECT IN ONE HOUR by me, is absolutely PATHETIC AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!!! Panera in La Canada is ridiculous and I, personally, will NEVER EVER go there again!! Nor will I ever place a delivery order from Panera in La Canada. They suck!!

First time going to Panera, ordered take out with some friends and all I have to say is... SPECTACULAR! Everything. From the nice cashier to the friendly staff cooking my meal (compliments to the chefs). This def won't be the last time here and def gotta dine in at this location next time!
