This is hands down the best place for authentic French pastries in the La Cañada area. I highly recommend the Raspberry Tart—it’s incredibly fresh and delicious. Another absolute must-try is the Monaco (Passion Fruit Pistachio cake); the tangy passion fruit flavor is so refreshing and pairs perfectly with the pistachio. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients here. It’s the perfect spot for a coffee and a high-end treat!
The team at Renaud’s truly takes the cake , especially Matt (Matthew) . He consistently goes above and beyond to answer my many questions! and always asks if there’s anything else he can do to make sure I have a perfect cup of iced coffee! Matt loves his work and it’s palpable!! It’s remarkable how much positivity he brings to the bakery and I am truly grateful to be treated so amazingly no matter how small my purchase is! I never visit Pasadena without visiting this...
Matt’s customer service was over the top. Extremely professional and a good character. Would go back again just for the interaction and of course the pastries and coffee were over the moon delicious. Would recommend again and again.
