The staff service it’s very bad the way they talk to the customer. It’s disgusting. They don’t know how to service how to respect the environment and Customer specially the girls works over there. They just wanna take the order the road in front of the customer and get paid they don’t care how they handling the tables even the phone taking the orders is the worst part of this restaurant. I won’t recommend this restaurant for anybody to go and have a peaceful time and food spend your money somewhere else

Excellent food and service. The freshest fish, perfect presentation, and generous portions. Very affordable as well. A couple could easily share a sushi/sashimi dinner or an entree plus an appetizer. My only issue was the cheap disposable chopsticks but that's easily remedied. Will definitely go back and bring my own chop sticks 😁.

We arrived almost one hour late, due to a major accident at the freeway. The restaurant staff honored our reservation. Food and services was great
We've been to Sakana Sushi often. We are served with attention and courtesy, we always get a quiet table. The sushi is fresh and beautiful, we love it there. Highly recommended.
Whenever I feel like a sushi bento for lunch at home this is the spot I visit. Great lunch special deal. Huge amount of food. I forget the price but I think it was around $25. Fresh quality fish.

For the price, the quality of fish is really not that good. They just package the food to look nice, but the salmon in my salmon roll was so tough and chewy and tasted fishy. It was really low quality and I was really disappointed. The miso soup had a weird sweet flavor that was a bit off putting. The service was nice and staff was friendly but I dont think ill come back here again.

I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for years and have always appreciated the good service. In the past, I would order food ahead of time and dine in with my whole family without any issues. However, today I was told that this is no longer allowed, which was disappointing and unexpected. Because of this new policy, you lost our business today. I wanted to share my experience so you’re aware of how these changes can affect long-time customers.

Our group of 8 had a very nice time. We opted to sit at a smaller table so we could see & hear each other. The servers were attentive & worked with our limited spacing well. The food was wonderful as usual. We were not rushed & enjoyed our time with good company & great food.

Amazing place! I came here for the first time for my birthday lunch and it was fantastic! Portions are very generous as you can see and it was delicious! The staff was also very nice and the service and setting was great. Zero complaints, will definitely come back again! Five stars! Six stars!

My mom and I love this place. Staff and food are excellent .
Sakana is honestly one of my favorite spots for sushi. I had such a great experience. We ordered the Lobster Roll and Alaskan Roll. Both were insanely good. So fresh, so flavorful... every bite was oishii. Our server, Brian, was super kind and made us feel really welcome. If you're looking for authentic Japanese sushi and a relaxed dining vibe, Sakana is the place to go. Can't wait to come back!
This place is already well known among those in the know. I used to visit frequently when I lived in L.A., but after moving to Orange County, I finally had the chance to return and enjoy a meal with my family.
It was impressive to see that they’ve maintained their high quality over the years. No wonder the restaurant continues to thrive.
In my opinion, it’s a much better choice than many overpriced sushi spots that are famous just for the sake of being famous.
Having visited numerous top-tier sushi restaurants, I can confidently say that Sakana holds its own without a doubt.
