Worse starbucks experience because an Asian person who took my order was very vindictive and lacking any customer service as any moon faceed casty nunt would do.Do not go there if you dont want to ruin your coffee experience.

The cashier in the drive through scanned my app for points.. then used 150 starts for a free drink reward.. then took my cash and put it in the tip jar... I literally just realized after I checked my points and which went -150 starts. Please be careful when scanning customers points. She basically wasted 150 dollars.. since 1 star = 1 dollar.

Very busy and super small location, but I had a very friendly and positive experience. Service was fast despite the crowds. Seating is minimal. Drinks were prepared well! Some outdoor seating is nice and is located in a nice shopping center. Parking is challenging at peak hours.

I recently ordered coffee for a large group of people as we frequently do for meetings at a local company.When I made the order over the phone the day before, there were some confusion about the size of the container. I ordered coffee for 12 people. The young lady on the phone explained they are out of the Traveler containers that serve 12 people but she could put the coffee in a larger container.When I arrived in the morning, I found out that the store was going to charge me for coffee for 24 people per the larger container. When I explained the misunderstanding, a nice employee named Linda showed initiative and some quick thinking, and corrected the misunderstanding by charging me for the price of a Traveler.Linda's pleasant demeanor and quick actions, virtually guaranteed that our large company will stay a repeat customer with this local Starbucks store. Wonderful customer service. Thank you, Starbucks !

This is a decent Starbucks location. It's quite small and does not provide the greatest environment for folks looking to drink coffee while reading a book or getting work done. There are no comfortable chairs to sink into, although there are a few small tables available. I typically order a black coffee so I cannot comment on the quality of the other drinks offered. The staff is generally friendly and on top of things, although it can get a bit crowded at this location given its location (across the street from Ralphs and in a parking lot next to a medical facility and Trader Joes). This Starbucks is a good option if you're looking for something to grab and go, but I'd look elsewhere if you want to stick around and enjoy your coffee in the store.

I work for Starbucks, so I know how unacceptable the behaviors at this store were. Every single employee (except the girl who took our order) was rude to us or to other customers. The girl who took our order got it completely wrong, she was training so that fine I can let that pass. What’s unacceptable was the way each employee treated us we we tried to get our drinks fixed and the charges refunded. The baristas were told our drink stickers would print twice, so when they started our drinks I asked to check which of the orders printed and the baristas wouldn’t talk to me. They barely made eye contact and when they finally did speak to me, all I got was “this is the first I’ve seen.” The interactions with their other customers was also horrid.Our two doppios took 20 minutes. It’s been a solid five years since I’ve been to this location, and it’s sad to see that the service hasn’t gotten any better. Corporate will be notified about the poor behavior of the staff.

Want coffee? Don't come here. I asked for a Venti white chocolate mocha and this looks more like a Demi short. I'm seriously not happy!!!

This Starbucks is slow and the workers are rude. They act like it's a problem to give you a carrier for your coffee. They asked me why I needed a straw. They don't give you a receipt and then lose your order. Not ever coming here again.
