It's Starbucks you get what you get. Great service, they realized I messed up my order and fixed it. They've even replaced drinks after I accidentally blurted out that something was grody. Not too loud with the music. I don't know what the 1 star complaints are about.

I did not know that this place was strictly for gay people. Their entire staff is gay and very very unprofessional. Head shaking and flamboyant Antics is very unprofessional. I don't care what you do with your life just keep it professional.

If you think a generous tip will get you better service, better product OR you anticipate getting less of the staff's saucer eyed woke attitude - you're only be lying to yourself, joke's on you. Weeknight staff have no clue about appropriate boundaries with neighborhood clientele. Like a scream from the other side of a barn, a fake "W-E-L-C-O-M-E" is simply your clue of what's to come. Incredibly inappropriate appearance including torched frazzled unkempt hair, nonsense boisterous conversation amongst each other that I frankly could've done without, it truly is a savage place. A 3/4 cup of a hot beverage at full price, zero etiquette, inappropriate chattering amongst each other.. don't waste your money for their abuse. And management any apology only proves you've no business managing this brand so no, apology not accepted because you're not doing your job.
