I visited this Starbucks on September 15 around 6 PM with my family, ordering seven Venti iced coffees. After 25 minutes with no updates, I asked about our order and was given seven Grande hot coffees, which were not what we ordered and we hadn’t been called.
When I pointed out the mistake, it was clear the staff had taken our order wrong. Instead of apologizing, they responded with visible frustration, claiming they made the order as received. Despite asking them to double-check, they continued to serve other customers while we waited another 10 minutes. When our order was finally ready, it was still incorrect—five Grande iced coffees and one Venti iced coffee.
The staff’s attitude was consistently rude and dismissive, and there was no manager in sight. It’s shocking that such a terrible Starbucks exists here in La Cañada. When people go to Starbucks, they pay not only for the coffee but also for the customer service. I want to tell the owner of this Starbucks: Please hire competent staff and provide proper customer service, so customers are charged fairly for the coffee and the service that comes with it.
Longest drive thru line that drags out onto the very active adjacent street akin to an in n out drive thru line. Order ahead and pick up inside or if you're a mama with a sleeping baby in the car, make sure you have the extra time to wait.
Came to this location for drive thru. It's shut down for some strange reason. I even tipped with lack of customer service.
The guy looked at the cup and put down but didn't call my name. I sat and waited he didn't even try. I said him did you not know how to say my name? and he smirked and turned his back to me and kept working. My coffee didn't taste right but oh well. I won't be back here again.

Totally mediocre Starbucks location. Customer service was nice but took like 15 minutes to make us a brewed coffee and an iced americano with only a few people in the store ? I understand that the drive through might be the priority, but just felt remarkably long of a wait time for what ended up being below average Starbucks drinks.
Not my recommended spot, in all honesty. I’d recommend a different Starbucks location with quite a few others on Foothill, just based on my experience today.

It was a drive-through order. The place was not busy, and yet, it took almost 20 minutes to get the order, and it was not what I ordered.

This Starbucks gets it wrong MOST of the time. I've taken 3 sips so far. I did not ask for extra ice. They fill the cup to the top with ice and the drink tastes weird.It's also extremely annoying to order an oatmeal, but because you didn't remember to "AsK FOr a SpOoN" they do not put one in the bag. EVERY OTHER drive though (and the Montrose location) includes a spoon without me asking. I'm kinda irritated with this 6$ cup of ice. :/
