Issue: Incomplete Order, No Refund, Poor Service

I’ve never experienced such slow, incompetent, and illogical service—not just at Subway, but at any restaurant. I placed an online order and arrived at the store to pick it up, only to be ignored. After standing in line behind several walk-in customers and waiting through incredibly slow service, I was finally told by the sole employee, “Sit down if you have an online pickup. I haven’t even started making it. I will help the other customers first.”

At this point, it had already been 25 minutes since I placed my order. I hadn't complained at all. I was not rude.

I sat down and waited patiently while more customers arrived and were helped before me. After 30 additional minutes in the store, I asked to cancel my order, recognizing the employee was clearly overwhelmed. He attempted to pull up my order but eventually said, “I can’t cancel it. I don’t know how. I’ve only worked here three months.” While his tone was apologetic, he made no further effort to help—he didn’t offer to make the order, contact a manager, or provide any meaningful resolution.

I left the store without food, having wasted an hour of my time. I wasted $65 because of this and instead went to Albertsons next door, where I purchased lunch for my family in under 10 minutes when I was fed up.

This was an egregious experience. No customer should be left waiting indefinitely while an undertrained employee struggles alone during a Saturday lunch rush. I have filed a complaint but have still not received a refund. I am extremely disappointed and may never return to a Subway again.

I believe I am owed a full refund and a sincere apology for the time and frustration this caused.

Came in at 11:30 on 1/30 for my lunch break, Isabella was so great! My sub was made perfectly, she was so sweet and helpful. The inside was so clean, it was so nice having a clean space! I can tell she really excels at her job. Much appreciated!

Lady at the register was very rude and seemed annoyed to even do anything. Made the sandwiches will little to no ingredients, didn't toast them correctly, and had no concern how everything was made, to top it off as she charged us out started coughing over everything. From what I see this isn't the first time this place has had bad food orders.

The sandwiches are Subway typical. The service at this branch, however, is not focused on the customer. The woman at the counter got our order right, but the whole time she was talking on her cell to someone. She hid her cell in her bra, but she wasn't fooling anyone. She was talking to her chest and her chest was talking back! Ridiculous.
If Ailin is working, you're better of getting you sandwiches at Round Table.

Not sure how this place stays in business. In the last couple of months I’ve experienced some truly terrible service. On multiple occasions, I’ve had an employee be CONSTANTLY on the phone while helping customers and prepping the sandwiches. I had to interrupt her conversation to tell her what I wanted on my damn sandwich. Another employee’s attitude is just absolutely loathsome. She seems to be bothered by just having to work plus a sprinkling of racism. She tells another customer that they won’t get any additional staffing because the owner is Indian; holy hell. This place needs new management asap. I will gladly drive the additional 5-10 mins to go to another location from now on.

Waited 10 minutes and no one was there to help. Employee was sitting on tiktok on phone and no one was behind the counter. Left after waiting before anyone showed up to help. Awful customer service, will be not returning.

The lady working was completely rude and disrespectful. Kept rushing the hell out of us, to the point she made us pay before even done with it. On top of that, we wouldn't even be done ordering and would interrupte saying "and then" "and then" " and then" with an irritated tone. We would have to correct her so many times because she's not letting us finish speaking or paying attention to what we are even saying. I understand you get busy but we were the only customers at the time and was being patient.
