Since we live in the Crescenta Valley Taylor's is our restaurant of choice for special occasions. My husband's birthday was August 12. Since that was a Tuesday and Taylor's is not open on Tuesday I took him to Taylor's on Wednesday August 13. He wanted a steak. The service was great. The atmosphere is always wonderful. However, the steaks we ordered were ribeye steaks, and they were extremely tough and full of gristle. They were very hard to cut and eat....
