Food and services are fine but don't bother placing online order and picking up there. When I tried to pickup there on time, I was told to wait 1 minute or two by the one who was busy packing food for instore orders. He was so busy that I was completely ignored for more than 5 minutes. Plus two minutes waiting patiently before I had a chance to let him know I was there to pickup online order. Night Manager Justin D. Rude, and disrespectful. The item I ordered look like mushy soup instead of a Double chicken fit plate Justin loudly stated "Pollo Locos food looks nothing like the pictures" "So, that is not what your gonna get" referring to the picture of the item I ordered.
