Chicken was dry & overcooked. SMALLEST pieces of chicken I've ever seen in my life at a Pollo Loco. Appeared that the green sauce, red sauce, cilantro, etc area had not been attended to in a very long time & was a big mess. Very DEEP green sauce container was EMPTY. I brought to their attention. I have visited this location on La Canada 3 times since it opened. The service is pathetic and non-existent. Poor management, wait just to order 15 minutes and another 10 to get your food, this is with hardly anyone waiting. Manager tends to drive thru and does not pay attention to service inside. Talked to manager about it and only excuses of short staff were given, this poor service has happened more than once. They need better management and more staff to service the area....read full review

5 stars is based on comparison to other El Pollo Loco locations. This one is fairly new, because of that the entire building was updated to current standards. Drive thru for this location is extremely easy to navigate with no tight corners or awkward confusing entrances. Seating area is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking with an easy to navigate parking lot. Employees are friendly and offer good service. No complaints about this location.
