Update: Changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. I went in again today and the same person had a completely different attitude. She was very friendly. And things seemed pretty calm in there this morning. I genuinely believe every cup of coffee/tea can impact a persons entire day or week based on the person that's serving them. Uhhhh as a former employee and frequent starbucks customer... this starbucks legit sucks. Wasn't even busy but took forever to fulfill our order. Guess talking to a fellow employee who was off was more important. And when our order was done they didn't even call it out so we're standing there until one of the four workers came up to hand us our order and apologized to us that no one called out the order, and then quickly laughed right afterwards because I guess it...read full review
The worst! I've never purchased a pet at a pet store but my daughter HAD to have a dwarf hamster they were selling. Long, sad story short...we had to euthanize the sweet little baby hamster yesterday. Apparently, she was sold to us sick. I spoke to the manager who could not have been less helpful or compassionate.
