Oh this is the worst place you can go to. The staff is rude and have no idea what good customer service is. Yesterday I went in to the store for breakfast and was the only customer. The two staff members stood there carrying on a conversation in another language, perhaps Armenian. I waited and waited just to ask a simple question. If I could give this trash shop zero stars, I would. I placed a large catering order for a school event, and they messed it up royally. It didn't even matter what I ordered - they gave me what they wanted, not what I ordered. Basically everything was wrong except the cookies. Some of the sandwiches didn't even have any meat. I went in today @ 3:45 pm at the one located on foothills & could in La Canada flintridge. There were to girls workimg, one didn't k ow how to make a sandwich, the other was talking to her while serving me. No customer service skills at all.I will never go into that location again.
