These d*** degenerate monkeys cannot make a pizza if their life depended on it. Gave me wrong pizza and had to drive back from home. The degenerate cashier asked me to show him my receipt. Never coming here again.

To bad i can't give 0 star's order over the phone explained my oder 3 times . still got it wrong called to back they keep me on hold to get there lie together then told me I ordered it that way and to bring it back explained too hem i was on lunch .he told nothing he can doo ..i hope this no one eles go's to this pizza hut again a bunch of duum f**ks

An hour and a half later and still no pizza. Customer service here is unacceptable. Placed an order tonight at 8:38 said to be delivered by 9:35. Called to check on my order at 9:45 and the man who answered the phone was rude and told me the delivery person left 10 mins ago (text I received said they left 25 mins ago). I called 20 mins later to check on the delivery and the same man answered the phone. I told him the order is taking way too long to arrive and to cancel my order. His response was "okay" and he hung up. Do yourself a favor and call Dominos. You will get your order within 30 mins guaranteed.

The Pizza Hut in my hometown is awesome. Never had a problem they are short-staffed on occasion but regardless whether there's one person or three people working your food is done to perfection in a timely fashion and the staff is always friendly. You know they're busy because the phones are ringing and they're running all around but they are always very courteous to the customers when you walk in and the store is very clean. Parking is excellent and the food tastes great. I'm not a huge Pizza Hut "pizza" fan but their pasta is awesome and their pizzas not bad. Personally I like other pizzas as well and some people may love Pizza Hut and I do highly recommend Pizza Hut but the store here on Foothill Boulevard is in my opinion, one of the best.

Usually very good with time except they deliver to Glendale so this time they got a person who ordered from Glendale and so they delivered it to them first even tho I live much closer. Also don't have as many online deals as other franchise pizza huts.
I order or pick up the large pepperoni/beef with cheese crust delicious. add some garlic knots :)

Fair pizza, could hardly understand clerk for order, but can pizza for PU.in 15 min from call, used phone vs online for order

Don't go here or make a delivery! I got a pizza delivery it took one hour and wr live close to this restaurant that should not be a restaurant! when the delivery driver arrived he was very very rude so service wise it was horrible! anyways, the pizza it's self had hair inside (i don't think that hair is considered as a food toping)! also, we got the wrong order! so! we got a wrong order with hair inside it! so anyway do not eat here! it's a mess! dominos is probably will be a better option! don't go here!!!!!

Customer service and pizza at this location is not very good. I asked for a few plates, the woman at the counter said she can give me napkins. The toppings are always scarce as well. Pretty bad management. I will try to avoid this one.

Service charge? For what lol. Never have I been charged a service charge at a fast food restaurant. Paid 20 for a large pickup. Easily could've could 3 medium from dominos that tastes a lot better. Asked for ranch for a large pizza they gave me 1 ranch enough for literally one slice. This location isn't gonna be around for much longer.
