If you think a generous tip will get you better service, better product OR you anticipate getting less of the staff's saucer eyed woke attitude - you're only be lying to yourself, joke's on you. Weeknight staff have no clue about appropriate boundaries with neighborhood clientele. Like a scream from the other side of a barn, a fake "W-E-L-C-O-M-E" is simply your clue of what's to come. Incredibly inappropriate appearance including torched frazzled unkempt hair, nonsense boisterous conversation amongst each other that I frankly could've done without, it truly is a savage place. A 3/4 cup of a hot beverage at full price, zero etiquette, inappropriate chattering amongst each other.. don't waste your money for their abuse. And management any apology only proves you've no business managing this brand so no, apology not accepted because you're not doing your job.

I ordered peppermint frap for pickup. When I arrived the order was a hot drink. They apologized and made a blended peppermint frap. It didn't have peppermint taste in it. Had a lot of ice bits and not blended properly. Didn't give me a straw and there was non outside to pick. And the bathroom was dirty and the worst I've seen in any Starbucks. It's a shame to have such a store in a good location like this.

Went to study and enjoy some coffee but all of the lights were off on the outside patio so couldn' t sit outside and study?Vegetarian options: They have a few options - they do have a good vegetarian breakfast sandwich!Parking: More than enough parking will never be a problem

Walk in and stand in line and it goes by quick because they have two cashiers.Went to the restroom and it was somewhat clean and I thought it was way better than most.My venti iced caramel macchiato with an add shot and extra caramel doesn't taste like it should. Seems like they could have made it more stronger than it is.Cheese Danish was soooooo yummmie.The staff all seems to get along.
