This is my second time trying this place. The first time was nothing to brag about, and now this time, the wings felt like they were cooked a long time ago, tasted like they were reheated, I don't think I'll be back.

If I could give this place a 10 star I would.It's the best Wingstop in all of California!! Me and my son just came out of urgent care right next-door last night and the manager Eddie took care of us.The food was great and the customer service was even better.I think Businesses around the neighborhood could learn About customer service skills from the manager Ed.This place makes you feel at home.I will always give my business to this location they never disappoint.Super clean super tasty food and super customer service skills thank you Eddie!!!

Placed an online order for 30 wings. Picked it up, drove 15 minutes home. Opened the tray and found out there was only 26 wings. I understand that there is a human factor but counting wings should be easy. Called the store, they refused a refund of some type and asked me to drive all the way back to show them the wings which would waste my time and gas. The store policy doesn’t make sense. Online coupon/offer would be better

I don't know what it is about this location, but y'all gotta stop hiring kids who are stoned out of their skulls. Every time we go there, against our better judgment, we're met by someone who is either completely out of touch or wildly distracted. The level of incompetence is laughable, it's mildly entertaining because they never prove our substandard expectations wrong, but it's also obnoxious since people are paying for their food to come out correctly. Y'all serve like three items, it can't be that hard. I promise you, they will mess up your order, from giving you wings that you didn't order, the wrong sauce, less wings that you paid for, etc.Truly, the employment standards for this place desperately needs an overhaul. Imagine performing poorly at... *checks notes* a Wingstop, like, bffr rn.

I do not like to give negative reviews but geez.... I've come here multiple times and this place has gone down hill so badly. From the food quality to the service and the cleanliness. When I ordered food as a customer my boyfriend and I got incredibly sick the next two days and both promised to never go here to eat again. I have come here to pick up food deliveries with my sister in law and the last time we came here we were ignored for 5+ minutes till I said "hello?!" not to mention they were laughing loudly in the back cursing in Spanish I heard one girl saying "puta" which is not a nice word in Spanish if you know you know and ontop of ALL of that the brownies I had seen in the front were expired two days Do what you want with this review but in my advice I would stay away from this location!

I’ve been to other Wingstop locations that were meh. The customer service here was friendly and helpful. The ventilation was good. Facilities were clean. My food came out quickly, and it was hot and tasty! It’s nice that there was a parking garage below the building.

Employees work very slowly. there is no one in the queue, but every time you have to wait about 30 minutes.

I placed an order online and even waited in my car for about 20 minutes before walking into the store. I got there and was told to wait a few more. I didn't mind, well i ended up waiting like 15 more. The girl at the register was sitting there while another employee in the back was working hard. It wasn't until another customer had walked in that the girl at the register got up and helped the person in the back. I don't mind waiting to be honest, because i thought maybe they had many orders and may be behind, but for this girl to be sitting around on her phone not doing anything, it rubbed me wrong. Please do better.Parking: The location is hidden but very clean.
