I just had the most delicious Armenian BBQ and Ikebir, honestly, it blew me away! The flavors were so fresh and rich, everything was super clean and perfectly prepared. I’ve never tasted anything like it before. It was fast, authentic, and full of love. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out!

Everytime i go into this restaurant to pick up my order I feel as though Im walking into my own familys home! The staff is soooo kind! The food was fresh and very well seasoned! If your looking for some good traditional Armenian bbq then this is the place to order from! Very highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal spot for authentic Armenian BBQ! This place feels like home—everything is cooked on real live charcoal, which you rarely see anymore. The flavor it brings out in the meats is unreal. You can tell it’s a family-run operation; the care and consistency in every dish speaks volumes.

The quality control here is top-notch. Every skewer is grilled to perfection, and the rice? Fluffy, flavorful, and clearly made fresh—not an afterthought like in most places. Backyard BBQ is one of the few gems left where the food still feels personal. Highly recommend!

I believe I’ve discovered a rather excellent kabob restaurant in my neighborhood. I ordered the pork ribs, which were cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. The hummus and rice were also decent. It’s evident that the couple owners are very kind and friendly, and their demeanor reminded me of my grandparents.

Holy Moly! Really good charcoal-fired kebabs at a really good value. This Mom and Pop place is clean, welcoming and offers high-quality food. The steak kebab was amazingly tender and flavorful and the Spicy Chicken breast and regular Chicken breast kebabs were equally delicious. We ordered the platter which includes perfectly prepared rice, creamy hummus, lavash bread, and a large green bbq’d pepper and tomato. The kebabs and vegetables are cooked over a charcoal fire, which adds to the wonderful flavor. The owners are personal and friendly and have pride in their business. The restaurant is located in a small center and not visible from the road. There are a few tables, but it is primarily take-out orders. I will definitely be back to try the Lula kebabs and the red bean salad.
