We used to love this bakery before they moved to their current location. They used to make lahmajuns fresh and bake them in a stone oven.
However, our recent experience was disappointing. The lahmajuns didn’t taste fresh and seemed to have just been warmed up before we picked them up. The quality also wasn’t as good as it used to be, and we suspect they may no longer be using their stone oven.
Unfortunately, we don’t think they stand out from other lahmajun places anymore.
The employees, however, are always kind.

The cashier lady seemed a bit racist, acting like I wasn't going to spend any money. My total was over $50.00, and honestly, the falafel sandwiches were terrible. A La Beirut and Arax make much better ones, bigger and tastier.

came here first time visiting from another state, the front cash girl who takes order dark hair with fake nails. too slow and doesnt like to speak, asking questions just says board is behind me, was hungry just ordered watever i can see. food was good but expensive. took some time to get the order and received 1 order first then another in 15 minutes so few of us had to eat before and finished. i would go there but i don't want to see that girl who takes orders so annoying have to force her to speak and explain she just punches numbers

Came here yesterday for the first time for a pickup order and was unimpressed. The wrap and paninis were small but the fries serving was huge. Seemed very overpriced and also had to wait a bit past my estimated pickup time

This place isn't like it used to be. The food took a while to arrive, and we waited almost 10 minutes at the cashier while the blonde lady chatted with the owner before taking our order. The portions are small, and the prices are too high for a family meal.

Byblos is hands down the best Mediterranean restaurant my family has ever tried in LA. We were so worried for them when the fire happened but we were THRILLED to see that they have reopened, and they're seriously better than ever. I don't know if I've ever been to a restaurant, especially since the pandemic, that has such incredibly fresh food. The veggies and olives and pickles they give you with your meal are perfect, which says so much about their very high standards for quality. The pita is the best I've ever had. The kebabs are always cooked perfectly. I could go on and on... literally nothing we've ever ordered has been a miss. Thank you Byblos, you're the best!

Yummiest lahmacun ever. The best.
7 star customer service. I live in Atlanta and came to put my order with my sister in law. The following day, they had my order packed ready for travel. Clean and pleasant atmosphere.
