The food was clean, light, and perfectly balanced—none of that heavy or greasy feeling. Every bite tasted like a delicious, home-cooked meal made with love. I left feeling completely full and satisfied. Will definitely become a regular here!
I ordered the shredded beef soup, which is a luncheon special. The soup I got had noodles and mushrooms, but no beef. I pointed that out to the server and all she said was I’m so sorry. And walked away. I mentioned it to the person at the front desk later and all she said was it’s too late now. I got the check and they took off 20%. That does not seem very responsive to beef soup with no beef. I just paid the bill and left.
Cho Dang Tofu & BBQ is a great spot to enjoy a variety of Korean soondubu jjigae (soft tofu stew). You can choose your preferred spice level when ordering, from mild to very spicy, which is a nice option depending on your taste.
