We just stopped here after practice. Kids got a single scoop. My son’s ice cream fell off the cone onto the floor on the 1st lick. Attendants response was “not my problem.” We stopped for a happy moment and left sad and disappointed. Very unfriendly man with black hair and black beard. I let this one sink into the kids - the feeling of disappointment they will always associate with this BR.

I took my granddaughter for an ice cream “date.” The employee there, a male who seemed to be a manager or owner, was unfriendly and cheap! I went to bite my ice cream and it fell out of the cone onto the table outside the store. The cone was cracked and it’s clear that he didn’t pack the cone properly. I took the empty and.broken cone back into store and reported that the ice cream fell out of the cone, thinking he would replace the ice cream. Nope! He flatly told me he’d replace the ice cream but I’d have to pay for it AGAIN!! He put the new scoop into the same cracked cone and put it all in a cup! Paid $10 total for a scoop that fell and a replacement. Cheap and unprofessional! Never going there again!

Javaid was so nice, she let me try a few samples. I tried the Mexican Chocolate and I loved it I got a scoop and I got my favorite jamoca almond fudge.

Always good ice cream friendly staff but they never opens on time waited 10mins after opening time, n nothing. wasted my time, I even got here 10mins early because I need 12 scoops of ice cream for my employees. So I went to whittier location now I'll be going there

I know the ice cream is really good actually is my favorite but this place is a so cheep for a single scoop they give you a kids size scoop and then the service is horrible specially in the weekend. For now on im going the one next city i don't mind the driving . i know is going to be better experience
