Order off there app and of course they never have the drinks I actually want on the app. Go there to ask the person to change my drinks to what I actually wanted and to take away the ice and they messed up the drink flavor and kept the ice. I order there no meat impossible burger and I swear my no meat was an under cook regular burger because half the burger was pink inside. Would recommend going to this Burger King unless you don't care what the staff decided to give ya for your order.

Quick snack while running a bunch of errands; the promo for 8 nuggets for $1 and a frozen coke for $1 are incredibly convenient and affordable for a person on a budget. Obviously not a healthy choice, its a fast food joint; but for a quick boost in this 111 degree heat, totally worth it. The only issue I had was the speakbox was kinda sketchy and it was hard to take the order correctly without repeating everything more than once.

Came here to get breakfast in the drive thru I had to keep repeating my order finally I just drove up to the window to place my order. When my husband and I went to eat they still got the order wrong. We ordered bacon ? croissant sandwiches with no cheese. We got sausage croissant sandwiches one had cheese ? on it. We ordered the combos and only received one order of hash browns. We did not want the coffee and asked to upgrade to sodas we were told no. We got water ? instead. The food was at least hot ?

I saw the TV as that they were offering two whoppers for five dollars. However, as I went through the drive-through to order them they said it would be six dollars now, I am not A person to be petty over a dollar, but just beware that Burger KingIs nothing more than a big liar to Luer you in and then take it vantage of you

This is the worse BK location. The food is always cold and now they have me waiting for 20+ mins at a drive thru. This is completely inexcusable.. Management serious needs to reassess the quality control from food, efficiency, overall customer experience of this location.

All the Burger Kings near me have closed and this is one of the only locations left, which is actually over a 25+ minute drive for me so I do not come here unless I am in the area. Due to the pandemic, I ended up using the drive thru and ordered a Whopper and 5-pc chicken nuggets. I was here to redeem a voucher that was mailed to me from Burger King Corporation because of a mixed up order at another Burger King location in Anaheim. After waiting in the drive thru and I get to the window, the cashier is confused by my voucher and alerts his manager. The manager continues to hound me and question me where I received the voucher. I keep telling her that it was from Burger King HQ and that they mailed it to me. She keeps grumbling and after multiple tries, the code doesn't work. She continues to tell me that this location doesn't accept these vouchers. I asked her which location would accept them because I had no idea and I am not going to drive to each Burger King location asking. She had no idea either. (Later on, I called Burger King Corporation and they couldn't even provide me a list of locations which accept the voucher. I asked them, "why did you send me the voucher then?"Anyways, I cannot attest quality and the taste of the food, but I feel all BK locations are very consistent in their preparation of the Whopper, that it would've been delicious. Service, eh not so much. Overall, since this is still one of the closest BK locations, I will probably be back but only with a regular BK coupon or when I have a special hankering for BK.

All I ordered was a breakfast burrito with sausage they couldnt even get that correct how easy of an order was that ? Pretty simple I thought they put bacon instead of sausage. Just hold up the drive thru line and check your order because yhey will screw it up

On 'duty' today around 1:50pm today on 7/29/2020. Can't listen, can't communicate. Can't understand an easy order like 2 Whoppers! It's your special!! and he still doesn't know it. Had to repeat it 3 times -- 2 Whoppers!! Got home and it was wrong --- sheeeez! Did NOT get any receipt to prove I was there, cuz you know who was at the drive thru. But obviously I was there, cuz you know that guy I'm talking about.Anyone have any connections to Dairy Queen? We need a DQ in that spot! Yummm Blizzards!!!You are done BK, move along.
