WORST EVER. This place needs to be shut down. Horrible customer service, they will do stuff to your food if you use rewards, coupons or ebt. They’re super weird here. Do not get them upset or give attitude cause if you do best believe something was done to your food. I’ve tried time and time again to give them chances here even tho the vibes were always obvious the previous times. Won’t be coming back and will be calling corporate to complain.

For many years we would only come to this Burger King about twice a year. The food and service were terrible, orders were typically wrong. The person working the window normally didn't speak fluent English, actually they didn't understand English at all.
Finally we decided to try this Burger King again, but this time instead of my wife ordering, I ordered and in Spanish. The person who took the order repeated it back to me in Spanish, perfecto! En realidad no es bueno! When the order was handed to us it was just as lp up as it always was, including the hamburgers looking like an elephant had sat on them. I told my wife, never again, that was the last straw. I said the only possible explanation was that the person taking the order spoke only Spanish and the cook only spoke Chinese.
Covid-19 hit and we didn't go back until about 2 to 3 months ago, a long time away from it. On a whim we decided to try Burger King again. Then we found an entirely different restaurant, orders came out correctly, quickly and most importantly, tasted great. I hope they don't slip back into bad habits again. Just plain making a good old fashioned hamburger correctly. Now this is one of our favorite restaurants.

The man in drive thru with glasses was rude. I ordered a 16pc chicken nugget and a couple of burgers. I asked for 4bbq and 4 zesty sauce for my food. He acted like giving that sauce was coming out of his paycheck. He gave us 2 of each along with an attitude. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location. I’ve never had a problem until seeing this man in the drive thru.
Every time I buy a double cheeseburger it does Not come with pickles. It is advertised showing pickles, this location doesn’t make it like it should. The paper wrap has been “x” to show no pickles & I didn’t order it that way. Don’t get what you pay for, the way it is supposed to be
