I had an unpleasant experience at the fast food restaurant today. The cashier, Alejandro, seemed very unfriendly and threw my change in my face. I was quite surprised and felt a bit embarrassed. I hope they can address this issue and provide better customer service in the future.

Will never be coming to this location ever again. Alejandro is a horrible cashier and was being rude when we brought up how he got our order wrong. U can tell he was extremely pissed off and stormed off. He did not give me my change right and I brought that up to him and it pissed him off even more to the point where he didn’t even bother giving me my change right and then he SLAMMED the window in my face. Once he’s fired I’ll be sure to be back here because the fries are pretty good

Extremely Rude Service!!! One of the worst staff you can come across! Staff gives rude, judgmental, uncalled for comments when ordering food! Simple request for extra dipping sauce and the cashier decided to be extremely rude about this, for absolutely no reason… even offered to PAY for these extra sauces, and still met with judgement! Unbelievable
When trying to ask for details to report these rude, judgmental comments, staff would NOT provide manager info or a corporate phone number and walked away.. super unprofessional! Cashier Alex (who then claims to be the manager…) needs to respect customers! No accountability or respect here.

Carl’s Jr. located on Beach Boulevard in Lambert 24 hour restaurant for fast food burgers as usual. The burgers are really great in this restaurant Alex the manager was nice enough to serve the hamburgers to us personally kudos Alex thanks Alex appreciate that. Unfortunately, at 97 degrees outside the air conditioning, Iwent out, but Alex still serves the burgers with a smile. and did I say you still wipe the tables?

Horrible place, staff had attitude, they don't even have manners and intop, they add ingredients that you are allergic even when you let them know, and not even an apology. Oh, know, I will never recommend this place. No wonder why it was empty and nobody showing up.

It's 103° outside and I walk in...it's just as hot in here. This is nuts...I feel bad for the employees. Service was good despite the duress the employees must be under with this crazy heat. Food is good. But the restaurant itself is somewhere I will not visit again during the warmer months.

I frequent this location because it is so close to my house and let me tell you… The young man cashier Joseph gives the best service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. He took my order in a very proper but efficient manor, he even offered for me to download the mobile app which I was able to actually use to redeem a free welcome item! I would definitely recommend this place if you ever want to sit down and eat or get some fast drive thru service, some of the hardest workers at this location.
