First time at CAVA and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, especially the cashier Rosally. I was very pleased with both the service and the food. I will definitely be coming back! 😊
They have the worst customer service of all the CAVA locations we’ve been to. There’s a girl who looked cold and impatient and showed zero courtesy. When we asked for a cup for water, she placed it on top of our bowl without a word, in a very passive-aggressive way. She also gave us a very meager amount compared to normal.
But there’s a girl named Jenny who is really kind and helpful, and another guy who was really nice when we went back.
