Before the renovation, they did a great job, but since they reopened, they've been serving nothing but garbage.

Sorry but I spent that much money on this fruit cup that tastes old expired and very little for the amount that you pay for this this is ridiculous when I saw this right now. I would appreciate if you reach back to me and fix this problem here and I do not live around the corner for me to just come back up there. Stuff like this especially that you just reopened again this again..

Did a drive thru pick up, they gave no sauces, no napkins, no straws and the sandwiches were poorly built. This is not the same customer service they had before remodeling.

Every time I order, I asked for a replacement and they gave me another one, but it seems like there were less hashbrowns in this one, and looks like one was half bitten. I’m not sure but I’m a little skeptical about this location now. Also, the biscuit seems to always fall apart when I open its

They may have remodeled but the staff os NOT as good as before. Pick up for drivers is terrible and the woman was so rude to one of the drivers. Bad customer service and poor new design.

Their drive-through is chaos and has no order. How did someone just pull in after me and get in front of me to receive their order before me and go? I asked the guy at the window handing out food if there is any particular order as far as who drives up first etc and he chuckled and said no. That’s what happens when you have a bunch of kids with walkie talkies runnin the show. Pathetic

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and nuggets nothing out of the ordinary and they made me wait in the parking lot for almost 20 minutes while I watched a ton of cars leave the drive through with their orders. I had to go inside and request a refund because that long of a wait was ridiculous. Worker told me have a good day as I walked out knowing I was clearly not happy I didn't get the food for my family. So much for that chic fil a hospitality.
