Their drive-through is chaos and has no order. How did someone just pull in after me and get in front of me to receive their order before me and go? I asked the guy at the window handing out food if there is any particular order as far as who drives up first etc and he chuckled and said no. That’s what happens when you have a bunch of kids with walkie talkies runnin the show. Pathetic

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and nuggets nothing out of the ordinary and they made me wait in the parking lot for almost 20 minutes while I watched a ton of cars leave the drive through with their orders. I had to go inside and request a refund because that long of a wait was ridiculous. Worker told me have a good day as I walked out knowing I was clearly not happy I didn't get the food for my family. So much for that chic fil a hospitality.

The place is nice. The staff is excellent. It's just the males here. Seem to be easily overburdened although the ladies are outside and hustling behind the counter while the guys are trying to get the ego fixed someway somehow. And also at the time I don't know why but it looked like there was a moat of slippery floor signs blocking off the bathroom but the employees obviously had no problem using up. It just seemed like they were closed off when it looked like in reality they were being reserved

As stated from other reviewers, you MUST check your order EVERY TIME before leaving the drive thru!! Something is missing from our order just about every time. Everything from sauces, dressings, straws and sandwiches. It’s so frustrating. You can do better, Chick fil a La Habra!!!

One of the worst Chic-Filet restaurants I've ever been to. Tables are always disgusting and the trash is usually overflowing. Last time I was in the kid at the counter seemed like he was on something and made multiple mistakes. Even after me correcting him and him saying he'd "fix it", he didn't. Also my soda was 50% ice. Corporate needs to have a serious conversation with this franchisee. Definitely not a good representation of the brand.
This Chik-fil-A location moves customers thru quickly. Great food, great service. 👍

Went through the drive thru and we’re missing 2 orders of fries even though we ordered 2 combo meals. This isn’t the first time this has happened but it is the last time. I will NOT be going back to this location. Period. Be aware of your orders. Check them BEFORE you leave the window! Or you could get home like us and find that you were shorted food that you paid for.
And an fyi, you can call and get a possible refund of what you were shorted but if I took the time to drive there, wait in line, pay for it, drive back home, open it only to find out I was shorted food again……why would I want to come back again? Not happening with me. I’ll buy elsewhere.
