During lunch rush, 3 employees were on break and 1 person is helping customers. It took 20 minutes to order. Not employee's fault, but the store manager at this location. Dear manager, do you have common sense? Why were you letting 3 people on break while there are a lot of people are waiting.

Chipotle is one of the best Mexican grill restaurants I’ve been to. This time I got barbacoa with brown rice, black beans, corn, and fresh greens — all the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was absolutely amazing. You can tell the food is high quality. The portions are big and really satisfying. Service is fast, and the staff is polite. I especially appreciated the large and convenient parking lot — there’s always a spot, no need to drive around. A great place for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. Highly recommend!

These guys can't even wrap a burrito properly. I can't believe that a burrito restaurant doesn't train its workers to wrap a burrito. Didn't even ask if I wanted double wrapped, just handed me a shitty burrito without my choice or consent.

VERY SMALL PORTIONS! asked for half portions of chicken and steak for the protein. Gave me half portions and charged me for double as if I ordered 1 full scope of each instead of half. Was supposed to pay $12.25 as exact order from the app to paying $18 in store for barely any portions. Told them that I didn’t order double, their response was rude and told me that it is already prepared. Worst experience ever and makes me want to not order from chipotle again!

Waited almost 20 minutes for an uber order I picked up. I made contact with a worker about as soon as I came in, and I was in his line of sight pretty much the entire time I was there. Apparently the order had been ready for some time by the time I came up and asked again. I do my best to not bother workers when they’re doing their job, because I’ve definitely been there, but when I don’t say anything I get forgotten about. It’s just frustrating, I had another order sitting in the car getting cold all that time too.

Edit: I would also like to add that the order was not put on the take-out racks. It was left in the kitchen out of my sight until I came and asked again. Multiple other orders were put into the rack in the time I was sitting in the restaurant, but not mine.

I Went in today for a chicken bowl for lunch. The tin was out of chicken and the worker/ he has glasses and long curly hair went to the back of the kitchen to get more chicken and came out with a full bowl. He didn’t replace the tin how usually see to refill the line. Unusual to see someone pop back up with food but not refill the empty tin. Anyway I’m very sick right now after eating there. I’m hoping the worker didn’t do something to the bowl

They never have fajita and black beans. We always try to order veggie bowl and they don’t have veggies only. Worst place. They don’t add other stuff properly in bowl.

If you order your burrito double wrapped and pay for it through any delivery service they never double wrap it they just throw a folded burrito in there if your lucky. This has happened multiple times.

Dirty and dingy. Bad customer service. The bowl was mediocre. Small portions. Other Chipotle restaurants seem to have better service. Not coming to this location again.

Food was good as usual but there was one person in the line in a collar shit that was doing his best very nice and helpful but was getting no help had a line for the whole time I was ordering a eating. One guy came in but instead of helping stood on his phone by the clock in station and waited, also took his phone out after putting on gloves, put phone back and didn’t change gloves before prepping food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. There were two employees working when I arrived: a blonde woman with glasses and a Black male employee. They didn’t even greet me when I came to pick up my order. When I mentioned I was there to pick up an online order, instead of checking, they just curtly asked for my name in a rude manner as if they hadn’t heard me.

To make things worse, I had ordered a total of seven items, but they initially only gave me a bag with three items. I realized the mistake only after I got to my car and had to go back to the store. Even then, neither of the employees apologized or showed any courtesy to address the issue.

Furthermore, I later discovered that one item was still missing when i got back to the office.
I had to go back to the store a second time, and only then did they finally say a brief ‘sorry about that,’ without eye contact or any genuine apology, showing an overall very poor attitude. I already left a review after the first disappointing experience, but having to go back yet again for a missing item was beyond frustrating.

I believe the manager needs to re-evaluate the training of the staff at this location. This isn’t just about my experience—if this continues, it could negatively impact other customers as well. I’m leaving this review not just to express my disappointment but in the hope that it leads to better customer service here. I genuinely hope that this location can improve and provide the kind of service Chipotle should be known for.
It’s truly disappointing to receive this kind of service after placing an order over $100.
