I love chipotle! I always come to the La Habra location! Normally, the service is great the portions are good and the food is excellent! Unfortunately, when I got off work today I got to chipotles at about 9:10 PM because it closes at 10. I wanted my usual burrito and my son wanted one as well! Before I could order the associate said they were out of 60% of the items we wanted in our burrito and that also included the meats?♂️ I have been a manager for 28 years, not in the fast food sector, but in consumer services. This was so disappointing, the associate told me it’s “not my fault”! I told him I understand it’s not your fault, but at the same time I told him he should speak to his manager and explain to him that Chipotles is a service business and even if there will be some waste, never disappoint the customer. you are destined to lose their business! He did not even offer it to discount my order to help alleviate the disappointment! Needless to say, I probably will not be going back to this Chipotle! I understand the economics and wanting to keep the bottom line has tight as possible! But in this economy, I would think Chipotle would want to hang onto all their customers! So there has to be a fine line to where, what makes sense in the long run. So many food establishments are going out of business, so maybe corporate should consider modifying the business model to satisfy the customer! Anyways, I hope they will consider my concern by making sure they have the product or at least offer some type of compensation for the lack of full service they promote! Just a customer that is considering another option for his business?

Went to Chipotle tonight. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told they don't have lettuce. They had lettuce for their online order according to an associate. They could have put a sign up, so they don't waste my time. Last week they didn't have corn salsaThey have horrible customer service. I called their customer hotline and I got brushed off. Don't waste your time at this location. Customer service won't give me a number corresponding to my complaint. They weren't willing to have a GM call me regarding quality service. It's horrible.

They don't only skimp on food but they skimp on hours of labor, at this location a friend that was a former employee who quit let me know that they are understaffed purposely the two managers in charge are scheduled 50 hours while every other employee is scheduled far less. The ingredients are also already pre portioned as well to be stretched as far as possibly can thats why they are extremely skimpy the more they can save on ingredients the more money could be saved.

Worst chipotle i have ever visited. Just went to this one because it was on our way home but never coming back I prefer making the drive to another location. Portions are ver small, and we even asked for extra and this was with the extra!! Paying for a whole plate and receiving half of it ??♀️

This place sucks. Drive to Whittier or Brea instead. I used to work at a chipotle so I know the standards of a good store like the one I used to work at. The front counter is always messy and dirty. Once you get your food you’ll see how dirty the drink station is and it’s also not stocked with lids or napkins. If you try going anytime after 7pm, forget about it, they’re already running out of items like guac, fajitas and beans. I get the sense that management doesn’t care or is working with whatever they got and can’t find better workers

One of the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Soda machines are dead, the place smells like smoke (something is burnt), the place is filthy dirty. Now, the atmosphere doesn't matter to me as long as the food is good. BUT, the food is even worse. The guac is not even smashed properly, and the proteins are cut SO SO small. Most importantly, the PORTION is so freaking tiny, it looks like its made for kids only. I brought this up to the Chiptole Headquarter many times. It seems like the store general manager is just stingy and reluctant to change. The sauces on the side is not even filled all the way up. The guac on the bowl is only half of the serving. EVERYTHING is such a small portion. Also, the employees are extremely rude. Just everything about this place was the worst chipotle experience for me. I hope the Chipotle headquarter does something about this place... or at least replace the GM.

Went in 45 minutes before closing there was no food just scraps left and the worker's attitudes were just crap. No emotion, you could just tell they didn't wanna be there. The countertop where they serve the food we're dirty.
