Good sandwiches if you’re willing to wait 30+ minutes. Spent 20 minutes for the queue number to go from 54 to 56 only because 55 already left from the wait, my number was 62, no thanks. 3-4 people working yet it still somehow takes 10+ minutes per order. Worth the wait if you have lots of time to kill. Leave and don’t bother if there’s more than 3 people waiting at the deli.

I have loved and appreciated this beautiful Claro's family, since the very first day they opened the Upland store. Always the best of everything, from customer service to each & every single item in the store. The Claro's families are a perfect example of what it means to be A dedicated, hardworking, loving Italian family. Providing only the best for their customers. They have all done it to perfection, day in & day out! May God always continue to bless them abundantly, as they have done for every customer throughout the many years they have been in business.

I always give the delicious cookies as holiday gifts. I picked up a tray to ‘preview’ and I was so disappointed. They must have changed cookie vendors. The jam in the cookies is literally old and hard. Chocolate cookie paper thin but so hard that it’s hard to break in half. The filled shells are sloppy and the chocolate in which some are dipped is not shiny. They get a small fortune for their cookies but not worth it any more. The price is fine for their formerly perfect cookies, but these are not the same cookies. The deli sandwiches are terrific. Back to See’s candy for holiday gifts as much as I like to support small business first.

This place is great! I was passing by and didn't know they were there. I made the Husband turn the car around. Great fresh bread, deli goodies, and yummy cookies. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Maggie. We'll come back and try the Tustin location as well! If you can go, go.

Absolutely the best. However it is frustrating that there is no hot food like there used to be and the staff is equally frustrated.

evidently it's an equipment issue? I can't believe it takes this long to get that in there and to get some of that great food cooking for those of us who want it to go.

Hopefully management is addressing this issue asap!
