Horrible service! I was really disappointed in my visit . Walked in and was not greeted . I waited a little bit to order because it was busy and the girl working was just rushing making my order . She didnt even let me finnish telling her my order before she went on to make it . Loved the ice cream not the experience

I walk in at 10:50 pm, when the sign on the door and the hours online clearly state 11 pm. But, the 2 workers stated the store was closed ? so we walk out, having wasted my time rushing to the store.

HOMOPHOBIC VIBES IN THERE.

These 2 morons who don't know anything about customer service, made fun of me because I called the "love it" size "love it" and not "medium"? Play Jennifer Lopez, right in front of me.

Don't say, "Hi, welcome!" if you're not going to smile or even bother to look at the person you're greeting.

And to top it all off guess who found a hair in her ice cream? Thanks a lot.

Gentle man that helped me and my son was super friendly just over all made me feel welcome and was super kind to my baby boy unlike the girl that was there . Super thankful he was there . To end my dad with kindness was great (:

My friend and I dropped by for some ice cream at around 8 PM on a Friday. It's a pretty small location, and at that time, it was not crowded at all, and the service was quick. On the wall, it said 6.99 for a small, but it seems like we were charged around 5.99 instead ( which is still expensive, in my opinion, but I suppose that's the state of our economy. It's better than paying 7 bucks at least ^_^ ). There are a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. I got the cheesecake flavor with graham crackers. It was a good combination. There's outdoor seating available in this area. Overall, it's a good place for a quick, cool treat.

Great first time experience with the kids. Great stuff, super friendly, cheerful, engaging and knowledgeable. Busy but moves quickly. So many toppings to choose from. Yes, there are waffle cones! Our favourite. Easy parking access in Albertsonparkinglot. Off Whittier/ Beach Blvd. Family friendly, great for groups, students or alone. Who doesn't need an ice cream fix? Okay. Outdoor seating is available. Umbrellas too. So grab a friend or 2 and try it out. Handicap parking available. Not sure we saw restroom . $$-$$$
