Gentle man that helped me and my son was super friendly just over all made me feel welcome and was super kind to my baby boy unlike the girl that was there . Super thankful he was there . To end my dad with kindness was great (:

My friend and I dropped by for some ice cream at around 8 PM on a Friday. It's a pretty small location, and at that time, it was not crowded at all, and the service was quick. On the wall, it said 6.99 for a small, but it seems like we were charged around 5.99 instead ( which is still expensive, in my opinion, but I suppose that's the state of our economy. It's better than paying 7 bucks at least ^_^ ). There are a variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. I got the cheesecake flavor with graham crackers. It was a good combination. There's outdoor seating available in this area. Overall, it's a good place for a quick, cool treat.

Last night we went in with our little guy for an after dinner treat. We were surprised at the long line of customers and felt happy for the business to be doing so well. The store appeared to be clean and the three employees were definitely working hard getting people in and out with their orders. We got 3 different items and went home to enjoy them.However at home, the little guy was eating his and found a hair in his! He has a buzz cut so it wasn't his! So gross we all just threw ours in the trash can. After thinking about this disappointment, I wanted to note on the lack of professionalism that the owner or manager has a handwritten note hanging near the cash register. The note harshly reads that if the employees receive a fake bill they will have to pay it back and made the employees sign the note. Pretty strange.I guess I should thank the place for helping me watch my calories by never wanting to go here again.

Arrived at the location at 10:43pm on a friday because their hours show they close at 11pm. Employees did not take my order because they were in "the process of closing". Drove 25 minutes to this location since it's one of the few that are open till 11pm for nothing!! Update your hours or get better employees!!

I've been to about 2-3 Coldstone locations within OC!! So pleased with yesterday's visit! The guy (forgot to catch his name) was really patient while I was taking my time to see what ice cream flavor I feel like having. I decided to go for the Silk Chocolate Almond Milkshake in a "Love it!" size, and told both the guy and lady not to add whipped cream (since I'm not really a huge fan of whipped cream).Ambiance is kind of old school in my opinion, but overall, my experience in this service was really great! The milkshake was also good.

Besides being expensive, all the KIDS behind the counter were just rude. ESPECIALLY the 1 of the two girls there (not the one with the two braids) I get it, it's a Saturday night & you rather be somewhere else but you chose this job. Customer service is trash. 06/2/23

Add a brownie. Doesn't matter which type of ice cream/mix you're getting - add the brownie. Great evening dessert option. Prices make sense for the portion sizes (smalls we're more than enough), and the guys working tonight were chill.

Great first time experience with the kids. Great stuff, super friendly, cheerful, engaging and knowledgeable. Busy but moves quickly. So many toppings to choose from. Yes, there are waffle cones! Our favourite. Easy parking access in Albertsonparkinglot. Off Whittier/ Beach Blvd. Family friendly, great for groups, students or alone. Who doesn't need an ice cream fix? Okay. Outdoor seating is available. Umbrellas too. So grab a friend or 2 and try it out. Handicap parking available. Not sure we saw restroom . $$-$$$
Prices and portions here are getting out of hand. 10 dollars for an ice cream. This place is a joke.

This is definitely a health violation!!! There was so much trash in my ice cream. Honestly, I'm very confused like how does he not see that trash while serving number one, and why is there so much trash in the ice cream. It seems there was multiple straw wrappers that were mixed with my ice cream. Seeing this in my ice cream is gross but mostly disappointing for a regular customer like me. I've attempted to call the store multiple times to inform that they have trash in the ice cream, but they do not answer. Hope management sees this.

This location is terrible. The crew working the evening of 09/03/2022 have a horrible attitude. The Asian guy gave me such a dirty look when I asked him for a chocolate waffle bowl. He wasn't even the one assisting me with my order . His back was turned and he looked back at me just to roll his eyes when I asked for a waffle bowl. The back counter was a mess. This whole place just needs help.

I've been coming here for 15 years and this location just keeps getting worse and worse. The whole idea of Cold Stone is that you churn the ice cream to where it is creamy. If I wanted just regular ice cream that's all hard I would just go to the store and get a tub for a fraction of the price of Cold Stone. I just left this location and the guy behind the counter practically just put the toppings in and threw it in the cone. Where's your quality control?

We ordered 3 like it's from the pictures. $8.99 each! These are small. I ordered the mint chip one and she didn't put any fudge or any of the other ingredients. When I asked her about it she pretended not to understand. My sons Super Mario sprinkle cup was half way and again I asked her about and she just smiled and said "it's like that." My total? $24.97 for 3 small cups of poorly made ice cream. NEVER AGAIN.
