I visited yesterday to buy dinner, but she seems to be responding as if she doesn't welcome the guest! I was so upset that I wanted to just leave, but I still picked her up and asked her name while leaving, but I couldn't remember. I wish I could talk to the owner.

Two Strikes, Del Taco. I’m Done. After a failed attempt at one location where the cashier seemed to be randomly mashing buttons like it was their first time seeing a register, I gave Del Taco a second chance. Big mistake.
This time, everything seemed normal—until the smallest, most basic request somehow got ignored again. I asked for light ice. Not once, but twice. Clear, respectful, and direct. What did I get? A cup filled to the brim with ice like I asked for the exact opposite.
I brought it up again, calmly, and was met with disappointment. No fix. No care. Just that gut-punch feeling of being ignored and brushed off when all you want is a simple, decent experience.
If you’re thinking of grabbing a bite at Del Taco, think twice. No one deserves to leave frustrated, hungry, and questioning why they even tried.
