Worst service ever!!!!!! Placed an order was notified it would take 30 minutes for delivery. I was then notified over an hr after placing the order that the order was being placed in the oven. I called and requested for the order to be canceled and was told the driver would head out in 30 minutes. Then I was told the driver was heading out. I requested for the order to be canceled I call this BS!!!!! Not one call informing me the order would take 2hrs!!!!!! The person also canceling the order was extremely rude over the phone.

Worst dominos ever! Waited an hour an a half for my order to be cancelled because you felt you were too busy! Called to see where my order was for “Christian” to hang up in my face when I inquired about my order I placed for my party. Called back to ask for a manager and the manager “Maria” hung up on me!So unprofessional . She was laughing when she answered like it’s a game so began to record the conversation, she proceeded to take my order again and charge me for an order I already paid for and tell me it’s going to be another 2 hour wait! You can keep your poor team! I will never order from this location and will advise my family and friends not to support this business! Don’t waste your time and ordering here! Workers don’t give a shit!! Not even an apology!!!!!

Edit: was reading some reviews and I wasn't going to put Maria on blast but she was horrible and I'm not the only one who had a bad experience with her management.

Out of all the Dominos I’ve ordered from this one is the best! Your orders get done fast for pick up, service is always good & best of all the pizza tastes REALLY good. It’s tasty, never bland & always hits the spot! I’ve ordered for the last 3 days from here lol - shoutout to Ricardo too!!!

We had ordered food & it got delivered to the wrong location. we figured no biggie right? We called the store for Help. The employee wasn’t much use , so we asked for “ The Manager “ her name is Maria for Store #7849 in La Habra. She off the bat put blame on us, didn’t even try to help us out. Worst communication, all we needed was to get our point across and Maria chose to make it difficult & raised her voice .she was rude & Unprofessional. The pizza finally arrived 8 minutes after the call. Thank you to everyone else but Maria
Food is always good here. Just a little disappointed that they charge you for chilis and cheese. It is a bit challenging getting in and out of the parking lot. There isn’t a lot of parking

I hate that I’m have to order Domino’s from the La Habra area!!! It doesn’t happen all the time, but we Have had a lot of problems through the 4 years when you order from this particular one you will sometime get your order wrong or sometime for instance we ordered today July 20 Build your own Alfredo pasta This is my four year-old grand daughter. She loves Alfredo but today it had no cream of Alfredo I gave it to her when it came. She was eating, then she comes to me and she say grandma I can’t eat this pasta no sauce and I looked at it and she’s absolutely correct. I call back to Domino’s supervisor gets on the line. And say is the way it’s supposed to be that you must ask for extra Alfredo sauce at no extra charge you must ask for it!!! . I told her well we’ve been ordering for a long time before we had no sauce. One time dry but most the time is creamy And then, once before, we had a black long hair big, long black hair in the pasta if it was done on purpose no one should have put a lid on that pasta because when I took it off, I saw it immediately and called them and complain called the corporate office !! Someone is being nasty !!!! Wicked and evil to do people wrong !!! I tell you they need an undercover boss to come through this one places, particularly this one . When it right , it comes creamy white and creamy not today was horrible and the supervisor didn’t even care enough to accommodate so my baby can eat. I did not cook today. I wanted to give her her special food it’s sad when people don’t care and you spend your money. What I didn’t like about this supervisor she’s a coldhearted person as if it’s done purposely why it doesn’t make any sense that doesn’t seem to care About the consumer!!! I used to live in Long Beach years ago and Domino’s if they mess up your order, they will correct it with no problem with courtesy and respect a truth!!!! For years I’ve been here in La Habra and I’ve had trouble at times with this place. I’ve tried ordering elsewhere a few times I was successful to get Domino’s from the La Mirada area!!! Only a few times and the food was great!!! The Alfredo pasta was creamy and I did not ask for extra sauce which I never do!!! I have complain so many times I don’t know who is supervising the La Harba Domino’s but we suffer if we want Domino’s so for a long time I don’t order today. I hate I’m sorry I did today!!! I will not order again nothing from this La Habra area and I beg the La Mirada Domino’s to let me receive food from there, but he said it’s not fair because I have one in my own area I said to him, but you did it before at least twice he said yes as a courtesy!! I can’t do it. you have one in your area I said OK. Not that I’m a lover of Domino’s but it’s convenient when you’re not cooking to get something you like thank you for listening. I will not order again. I’ve had it.
