My bacon came out very undercooked nothing like the picture, I asked for a new one but they just re heated it and it was very hard, by the time I received that the rest of my meal was very cold… I had to ask for a whole new one after that… and I can tell they were not happy to do that, but neither was I… inside the restaurant is very cold from the air conditioner and I believe that’s why my food felt refrigerated … The other locations are a lot better at making breakfast food the way it’s supposed to be and the way it’s advertised Then after I received the remake, the pancakes were burnt, and the bacon was burnt as well, way too hard and crunchy, it looks like they only gave me 1 egg instead of the 2 eggs. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location

My friends and I meet here for lunch and visit. The food is good, I'm a fan.
Apparently there is no middle ground between not enough condiments and way too much. I'm so tired of restaurants pretending like mustard and ketchup are there highest food costs. All I wanted was for the mustard to touch the edge of the bread.

Burgers are very good. The zucchini is too big and hard in the middle. Often taste like it is not fully cooked. However, the rest of their menu is pretty darn good. Lots to choose from.
The 6am young short girl with short black hair is always so rude when I go. This morning I asked for a shake and she said to me " We don't serve shakes at this hour!" When in the past they never said anything. I will never be coming here again! She has no customer service skilss and it's obvious she doesn't like her job.

Went through the drive thru and it was very quick to get my breakfast.... Eggs were so fresh and good, and the sour dough bread was wonderful... I absolutely loved it. Will be back, for sure....

This La Habra location is definitely not a favorite of mine. The entrances are connected to a Home Depot and all their traffic on a Saturday around 11 am. Then there’s several parking spots near the restaurant front door taken by Home Depot trailers. Once inside, I wanted to use the app but needed some assistance but the cashier seemed annoyed. She was not very pleasant or welcoming which is a huge disappointment as I do enjoy the food; however, the food didn’t travel well and probably best eaten when dining in. I most likely will not visit this location again, as I prefer establishments where the staff is welcoming and friendly. The place itself was clean and they did have some Halloween decorations for the season. Unfortunately, the bathroom code didn’t work so people were going back to obtain a bathroom code again.
