Very sad to see that they closed. I got back from my military training and really wanted to come back to this spot for the Spicy Boldak Noodles. The service was always great when I would stop by and I really enjoyed the vibes every time I would go. For sure those spicy buldak noodles will always be on my mind.

Dang overdue review since it seems like they're closed now. Haven't updated their IG in 2 years-ish. We ordered take out and enjoyed our food at home. We got the: 1) Garlic Noodles with Hanger Steak: -These are egg noodles with butter sauced with sweet garlic soy topped with scallions, parmesan cheese, crispy garlic, and black pepper. -For a nominal fee you can add a protein and we decided to get hanger steak with this! The steak was nicely seasoned, tender and was cut into 8 pieces. -Very rich and garlicky. Yummy overall, especially with the meat. 2) Fried Egg Rolls (2 pieces): -Inside is ground pork, crab meat, caramelized onions, carrots, and it comes with lettuce for wrapping and a chili vinaigrette for dipping. -It's just alright to be honest. The pieces aren't that big and the filling is nothing much to write home about. I've had better eggrolls at BMC. 3) Smashed Cucumber Salad: -Smashed pickled Persian cucumbers in a chili vinaigrette and aji verde sauce topped with some spices and toasted peanuts. -This comes generously drenched in the sauces and sprinkled with the spices and toasted peanuts. -However, it was SUPER sour and salty and my mom had to "remake" this as it was hard for anyone in our family to eat. 4) Uni Sauce Udon Pasta: -One of the favs from this order hands down and a must. -I'm a fan of uni pasta and this uni udon pasta is no exception. -Rich and creamy sauce that's seemed nicely into the chewy noodles. Not too fish. Uni is fresh (though the pieces are small, understandable since it's a pricy protein). 5) Shrimp Fried Rice: -You can customize the fried rice with whichever protein you choose just like the garlic noodles and we chose shrimp. This came with 5 pieces of shrimp. -The rice is fried with scrambled egg, scallions, soy sauce, and white pepper. -The shrimp was a bit more burnt than what I would have liked and it's just standard fried rice you can honestly get at other places too. Definitely winners are the garlic noodles and uni udon pasta.

Oodles of noodles is what I would say. I was craving for some noodles last night, so we ordered: 1) spicy "buldak" noodles with chicken cheese katsu: the noodles are garlicy with butter and the spiciness is kind of subtle as you notice it after you finish each bite (5/5) 2) pad see ewe noodles: tasted great, just like what you would expect for pad see ewe, though I did appreciate this dish also has mushrooms; I ordered chicken for protein and it was deliciously cooked and juicy (5/5) I would definitely come back again and try other items on their menu Prices are decent, credit cards are accepted, and there's plenty of parking.

The food here is amazing for the most part as i have not tried everything yet. Went last night for take out and ordered 5 plates. The Pad Thai was the only dish that was a bit dry and there was a piece of hair mixed into the egg, which was a little gross and too thick to be mine, but still will go back for the Pho and Pad See Ew. The beef steak here is great and flavorful but the portions of meat for the Thai food is a bit small for the price. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Food was pretty good! Price was reasonable. Favorite dish was the brussel sprouts! Would come here for a quick lunch as everything came out pretty quick! Quiet and clean place to eat in a small plaza.

Excellent neighborhood noodle restaurant! The pho broth is wonderfully seasoned and tasty. I also had the pad see ew with chicken which was perfectly cooked. No mushy noodles here! We will be back for more.

I spontaneously found this spot in town, and have been wanting to try a creamy udon. I had no expectations because it was a new food for me, but I was blown away by the abundance of flavor and creaminess of the noodles. I tried both the creamy uni udon and the creamy mentai shrimp udon, both I'd say 11/10 and definitely worth $17. I love how the different type of fish eggs were incorporated in each dish, and complimented them nicely.

1st time! was told the pho wasn't ready till a couple hours but saw the waiter bring it out to the table near us even tho we both ordered around the same time.... so we got the kimchi udon (it was delicious) but said there wasn't anymore bacon which is odd...but did not offer to cut the price off a bit. egg rolls were ok, nothing special. service a little slow as well, glad I gave this place a try but don't think I will return

So someone updated me and said the tip choices are at the bottom of the receipt. I have eaten out enough to know the normal tip routine. I haven't seen anyone else mention this, so maybe it was decided that just us needed to pay a 20% tip, because there were absolutely no options on the receipt. I make mistakes and miss things all the time, but NOT my companion. BOTH of us were shocked. I guess I should have taken a photo. Will someone please take a photo of the receipt and put this to rest for better or for worse! If for the better, than I will just have to accept the fact it must have been a printer error.
