Picked up a pre-order the day before Easter and the service was efficient and professional. The young lady at the counter was so polite and kind, and explained the cook times as she was packing up our order. The food was delicious and easy to make. This was our first time ordering a meal from Honeybaked and we will definitely be back and to this location specifically. Thank you!

We bought a small honey baked ham for Christmas. It cost us $34.00 for a huge long BONE!! My son had 3 pieces of thin slice 5"x 2-1/2" size. I had 2 small pieces I thought the 3/4's that wasn't sliced would be good for left overs. Did I get a surprise when all that was left was a thick skin and BONE!! We were cheated. I will never buy a honey baked ham again.

Was disappointed in their selective pricing for one customer over the other. I walked in was forced to buy an almost $90 ham because I didn’t have a reservation while another customer in front of me was able to purchase a smaller ham at almost half the price (two of them) even though he ALSO DID not have a reservation. When I asked the store associate she said “rules are rules”.

Ordered online to be picked up before our Wednesday Thanksgiving celebration. Several time slots available and easy enough to order with few choices to make.4/5 stars because ham is pricey. My sister picked up the ham and wasn't given instruction on how to serve. She called a friend that used to work here and learned that the ham should be left out on the counter and not refrigerated, prior to serving. Honey Baked Hams are consistently delicious and Thanksgiving 2023 was enhanced by having a yummy ham on the table.

I will no longer purchase Honey Baked company products. After a disappointing Thanksgiving in 2013 because our ham was never delivered, I decided to give the company another try and purchased a ham from their Whittier store for our 2023 Thanksgiving Day celebration. After heating the ham as directed, I attempted the carve it only to discover it was uneatable; the meat was dark, dry and tough. The quality was substandard and should have never been allowed to enter the market. I returned to the store the next day for a refund and was originally offered a gift card which I declined. The manager had to make several calls to corporate office in order to receive a refund the following day. This experience cost me two unnecessary trips (22 miles/round trip X 2) to the Honey Baked Whittier store and a meatless Thanksgiving. Never again!

I bye honey baked hams twice a year. One during the holiday and the other one mid year because my family likes them. This year I was very disappointed. The ham did not have the crispy glaze on top. Without the crispy glaze I should have bought a spiral ham at the grocery store for half the cost.

Fast, efficient esp for holidays. Can be pricey but great for the convenience. Ham was good and would recommend. A tip: get gift cards at Costco if you have a membership for the extra discount.However the turkey... never again. I have never had sweet turkey and never want to. It was much too sugary for our tastebuds. Definitely not recommended if you are thinking of a traditionally toasted turkey.

It says to prepay for faster service online so I prepay and go to pick up. There are 3 registers and only one prepay pick up and you can only pick up at prepay register. Ridiculous they tell you their system only allows you to pick up only from prepay register. All customers who came in after got service before I did and waited for about 15 minutes when there was only one customer at prepay. Then when I get to the register the clerk says you can just pick up at any register. You need to train your employees better and have better service.

This location has friendly employees and good food. I don't go near holidays when it's a madhouse, but most of the time it's a pleasant place to get a pre-ordered ham or a delicious sandwich to go. Place is packed full of condiment choices and other items to go with your purchase.
