The manager and staff lack customer service skills. Our server was terrible, he made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience like he wanted to be somewhere else. As we were eating one of the employees had a family member come visit and our server welcomed and treated that person with so much delight and respect. Completely opposite from the service he was giving us. I felt so uncomfortable. I'll go to Dennys next time.

Inflation.. I'm sorry I just fill out $75 for two adults and a senior for breakfast with the most common items ordered is a little high. But the food was good.

Sunday lunch with my family. The server acted and sounded dominant instead of smily and friendly at all.. well, one of the meals came out late , and the other order never came out. Inquired to the server and he instead just said, "So you want that order or not?" At that time, I got mad and asked if he took down the order properly. he shrugged to show his order paper and there was the order he wrote down. So it means he did not input the order to their pos system... so finally he said he was sorry... what a service, guys!! ? lol IHOP now stands for intimidating house of pancake, at least for me.

We were just there a few hours ago and Hilda was our server. I cannot express how kind and attentive she was with us. My family and I go there every weekend and she was the best server we have had. She always came back and checked in on us, made sure we had everything we need and she always had a smile on her :) towards the end, I forgot that I had a coupon and I felt so bad cause she had to go back and make the adjustment, but when she came back with our check, she had a really cute Mickey pen and I complimented it. As we were getting ready to leave, she came back and gave me a new one and I was seriously touched. It may be nothing, but we rarely see kindness in the world and it honestly made my day. She did not have to do that, so I really, really appreciate it. She's such a nice person. We hope we get her again when we return. The food was also delicious don't get me wrong, but she provided a great experience for us. :)

DO NOT go to this IHOP. We have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. This year, 2023, we notice there are couple of BAD waiters(especially the bald), and the food quality is deteriorating....Same foods costs us $60(not including tip) for two entries: omelette and sampler, two black coffee.You can get a better food and coffee and service in many other places at THIS price

the breakfast crepes are so good! our sever was also super nice and helpful. great IHOP location. the only thing is it gets loud inside because of how busy it is, but sitting outside is much quieter.
