Customer service sucks. Most of the time they open late. This one lady with accent is always rude. I think she is related to owner. The old man was king. Too bad he is gone.Cook is a hit and mis. Prices are fair and portions are good when cook in a good mood.

Ordered Pastrami Sandwich. The pastrami was juicy, however maybe a nicer bun would add a bit more flavor contrast to the meal. Ordered a side dish of onion rings which was mostly batter. Also fact they charge extra for ranch for the onion rings is a bit extra. Atmosphere is small and maybe could use some renovation, however staff was nice.

Imperial Burger reminds me of the cartoon Bob's Burgers. Everyone working there is so nice and normal. You can talk about pretty much anything and the vibe is always relaxed. And this goes for the Imperial Burger in Cypress as well. I love the Chili Cheese fries with tomato, pickle, onion and pastrami. And the go to morning bacon burrito. When I'm feeling a Gyro, none other than Imperial Burger as well. I rate the whole atmosphere and vibe for a family restaurant a 10+.Vegetarian options: They will make you something that's not on the menu if they have the ingredients.Parking: Plenty.Kid-friendliness: Awesome.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.
