This review is strictly for a specific employee. Her name is Kim. I live here in California and I've never seen this happen at any fast food restaurant. This is the most attentive fast food employee I've ever seen in my life. She goes from table to table making sure the customers are taken care of. She was cleaning. She was bringing people's food. Throwing away their trash. Clearing and cleaning tables. Hooking kids up with hats and stickers and making their day.
I want it known that I've never met this woman in my life and I owe her nothing.
I honestly believe she deserves recognition. The lengths she's going through to ensure the customers have a better than pleasant experience is so above and beyond. I'm about to leave and this whole time I haven't seen her take a break. She's the most hardworking employee I've ever seen in a fast food spot.

I rate this a 3 as far as food goes. It's an OK burger. There's nothing special about it. I can think of a few other fast food joints that have a better burger, and with more options. I never understood all the hype. Prices are fair though, and service is always good, so I'll eat there if I have to. This means if my husband wants it, I'll oblige. I otherwise don't go.
