So first I'd like to complaine about the place not accepting my money as they have a policy of not accepting 50 dollar bills after 10pm idk if it's a brand policy or store policy but it's all I had and it's the first time my money of that kind of bill was rejected I didnt see no sign saying no big bills after a certain hour.
2nd i had to wait about 30 minutes for my food and 2 people got there food before me even though I ordered first
3rd my food was cold now if I got the food for free I have no problem eating cold food but the fact I paid 20 dollars for it is unacceptable.
This all happened around 11pm 8/28/2025 this is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at in n out and I will not come back to specific place again. Do better.

Gross, dry, barely warm fries. EVERY TIME. Please stop asking if I want fries with my order until your staff can serve them hot and not way over-cooked. If you can get them hot, they are great. But that is extremely rare. I can't order them anymore. Terrible, terrible fries, and they so consistently push you to order fries every time, NO, I DON'T WANT YOUR GROSS, BARELY WARM, DRIED OUT FRIES. Stop asking.

Why is it every time I come to this in and out everybody that works there is so stuck up and they do not pay attention to how they're overcooking everything I damn near broke a tooth trying to eat a french fry right now cause they were so overdone, not to mention they forgot to put my chopped chilies on my burger...Again. I'm tired of not saying anything and unfortunately this is close to my work so I go here a lot. You ask them for something and they look at you like, ''how dare you, can't you see I'm busy talking to a co-worker about who I got with last night?'' I mean children and young adults come here and if I can hear you they can hear you for sure. It's just crazy to see. And I'm not one to complain but enough's enough. It takes a lot to get me to the point of having to do a negative review..Get your act together or get some new employees that are worthy of the name in and out. And I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. There's no way

I ordered the hamburger meal togo between 12:40-12:55am this morning. The fries were over salted. The spread was opened from the bottom before I took it out the bag. It spilled in my car as I took it out so I had to pull over and clean it.

In-N-Out La Habra is hands down one of the best locations I’ve been to! The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from In-N-Out – perfectly cooked burgers, crispy fries, and that amazing special sauce. The service here is top-notch – the staff is always friendly, fast, and attentive, even when it’s busy. The restaurant and drive-thru are always clean and well-run, which makes the experience even better. You can tell they take pride in keeping things running smoothly.
