There's always a long car line but it's to be expected with a place this popular. I ordered the protein burger (no bun) and it was a horrid mess. It's that piece of paper they wrap around the hamburger. You have to tear it away from the food, and that causes a mess off another kind. If they put the burger in a paper bun holder, life would be so much neater!
Drive thru took forever it’s not even cause it’s in & out the staff is always lacking they take forever even when it’s a few cars, longer then a order takes i recommend going to wittier it’s worth the drive and cause you get your food faster then if you went here they’ll mess up your order even when you corrected them at the window get a better manager in that place or swap out the staff do something

It was late at night and I was working, very tired and hungry. Stopped at In and out burger, the food was REALLY good and the two guys working were laughing which made me laugh and watching two young men late at night when normally they wouldn't be that energetic and cooked my food with care the whole experience is one I will always have fond memories of and still laugh about it today and I continue to stop there to say hello to these terrific guys and I know I will have an awesome meal!!! Love this in and out burger I sincerely recommend you stop by meet good people who REALLY enjoy cooking your meal!!
