Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I am not sure why it is nearly impossible to order a drink with no ice here. I have ordered on various food delivery apps and the outcome is always the same. First, they don't offer no ice as button you can just press so I add it in the notes and I end up still with a drink with ice. Maybe more focus to attention to detail.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

This restaurant is inside another restaurant, it took me thousands of hours to get there because in that shopping center the GPS goes completely crazy and you don't know where each restaurant is, except when it's inside Chili's
