Omg worst visit ever! Drive thru gal didn’t ask much of anything for my munchie box or drink or size, then I waited like 10 mins for soggy fries and extra drink which were both root beer which I didn’t even ask for. For having to wait that long I would have hoped everything to be fresh and hot and NOT far from it. And here is the kicker no one was in front or behind me. 🤦🏻♀️

I'm sick and tired of this restaurant getting my order always wrong! I ordered a burger with no pickles and I got one no onions. I ordered half fries and I got 2 tacos. I ordered 2 orders of 2 Jumbo Jacks for 5$ and I only got 2 sandwiches.. Pay attention to what you're doing!! You guys are getting paid well enough to do a simple job and you can't get it right? I'm serious here, the last 5 times I ordered there I got my order wrong come one!!

These location is useless, I've gone here twice to give them the benefit of the doubt and both times, RUDE behavior, they charge you for items and don't give them to you and the food they do give you IS THE WRONG ONE, that girl Hany in the drive thru was very moody and looked like she didn't want to be there, I asked her for sauces same with another male employee and both decided to just ignore me more than once, if you're gonna have an attitude, don't show up at all.

The service at this location was horrible the manager Ashley working during national cheeseburger day September 2024 night shift was unknowing how to ring up the deal that had been advertised for that day and said to come back the next day she did not write down my name and the other two names of who had been there with me and said she would let the manager know… She should not be a manager if she is unable to be knowledgeable of how to operate everything and provide the services that she is supposed to know as other managers I hope actually do know..
