Enjoyed the drink, but they were out of fresh strawberries at 4pm. Very upsetting.
They were very fast and I always love the smoothies. My daughter and I always go to jamba juice for mommy daughter dates.

I had been coming to this store for about 10 years, had been happy with the service until yesterday, Feb 16. This girl working the Sunday afternoon shift was being selectively rude, and I was the one she selected to be rude to. Glad I didn't bring my family here that day. I will be looking for another store where all the customers are treated decently.

Always unprofessional and disappointing staff, but today was worst. It was noon, inly one staff and didn’t have any juice. I asked why and the staff said “we are just setting up.” I was confused and asked if they just opened, and she seemed to not understand and repeated “no we’re just setting up.” Whoever is running this place should really try to hire a manager and manage their staff. Horrible.

I just went here with my son and I asked the employees name but I already forgot because I have major pregnancy brain right now but I know it started with an R. He was super friendly and recommended a drink to my son and he loves it. Thankful to him for being patient with my son and I hope everyone else can have a good experience while coming here.

Store doesn't open on time. The app takes your order, but the store is not open. It can happen right? The problem is the corporate office takes no responsibility. The customer service is outsourced to India and people you talk to have absolutely no ability or authority to resolve any problem.

We walked into Jamba Juice this morning and were greeted by a lady named Llizbeth. She said, "Hello, how are you doing? How can I help you today?" We thought her service was amazing—very professional and very nice. We'd highly recommend this Jamba Juice. A big shout-out to Lizbeth for the great service!

Closes way too early on the weekend. Everytime i want a healthy snack or drink over the weekend I think of Jamba then realize it’s closed already.
This Jamba Juice never disappoints and I appreciate them for the consistency. My favorite is the one in Whittier the Whittwood Center but this is a close 1 1/2 not even 2nd place. God bless you all and blessing be upon god.
Jamba...jamba.... jamba... jamba!Get it together! Are you poorly staffed? is your staff poorly trained? what is the deal? I write this after I had the same experience in your store. In fact on back to back days. The young woman work Sunday afternoon, and Monday evening. Is the most unfriendly, and unwelcoming staff members I have ever seen in a customer service setting. On Sunday, I'll give it to her. She was alone and it was very busy. But she did not say hello. Did not say thank you. Did not smile. Was literally expressionless from the time I walked in, until I walked out. I half expected her to toss her visor and walk out. Monday, however, was not busy. In fact when we walked in the store was empty, and she was not even out front. She still had the same blank expression that she had the day before. The same expression I had when I was 18 working at McDonalds, just existing. I mean i get it. I'm sure Jamba is not her life goal. But jeez make the most of it while you're there. Again barely a greeting. No eye contact, Nothing about our interaction said your business if valued. Maybe pay for to have acting class as part of the training, at least faking a smile would have been appreciated. The worst part of all this were the poorly made smoothies. I've never had a PB Moo'd so THICCC it was insanely thick. I ordered a reg gummi for my daughter but ended up with Razzmatazz which might be similar prep, but I had never had it taste like it did on monday. I spent $35 on 5 smoothies during a time slow enough the girl wasn't out front, and the smoothies were poorly made, undoubtedly due to the staff member's indifference. Sorry Jamba you're losing business with staff members like this
They are always rude here. They do not know how to run a business. Not sure who manages this place but it’s got horrible service. Never enough people working. It takes forever to get your order. Someone of authority needs to come to this location to see how this place is being operated! They need help!
