It has been my go to.place when I hv visitors coming. But La Habra branch is CLOSED I went before Thanksgiving for work. It says Temporarily closed on Google, I hope so. Many will be waiting to see Juan Pollo La Habra branch back to business.

Juan Pollo chicken is usually good. I usually order the chicken dinners with the bean and rice. I enjoy the roasted check and it very flavorful. Last night I decided to order a burrito this time and I did not like it at all. They put some type of mayonnaise or sauce inside the burrito and it was nasty. The flavor took over the whole burrito and I didnt even finish it I just threw it away and ate some cereal for dinner. When I looked at the menu online it didnt say nothing about a mayonnaise or sauce that goes in the burrito. All it said on the menu was chicken, rice, bean, and lettuce. So if you like mayo in your burrito go ahead but as long as they keep putting it in there I wont buy it. Maybe you can order it without the mayo. Dont get me wrong though the roasted chicken is good. Im just not messing with that burrito no more.

Unfortunately, the customer service here is terrible. I live in La Habra and sadly, I plan to give the La Mirada branch my future business. I order the large party packs several times a year for our family gatherings, and they haven't always been the friendliest, but I love their chicken. Last month I went in to place an order for Father's Day and the young cashier was very nice, but the lady in back of her (packing up items), was barking orders to her in Spanish talking about my request (which I understood every word of-I'm Mexican but I guess with my mask she couldn't tell) and she was just very rude. The visit before that, she was rude to another customer, so I wasn't surprised when it was my turn. Everyone has bad days but like I said-the vibe hasn't always been the friendliest at this location. I always try to support my local eateries so it's a bummer...but the La Mirada branch is bigger and cleaner.
