The ice cream is great, and the service is mid.

My biggest gripe is that they don't have prices on anything. They have five TV screens that rotate through pictures of menu items, but none of them show prices.

It's the second time I've been to this place, the first time I went a few months ago, and I ordered ice cream cookies and the cookies tasted very bad, they looked like melted chocolate. And today I went again for a second chance but it's really a total Disappointed, I ordered two passion fruit waters (passion fruit) but when we tried it they tasted like Tamarindo, I think it's water that was left over days ago because they already tasted like tepache. I asked them if it was really passion fruit water and they said yes. The lady said they were going to change it, but we didn't want to anymore, we were in a hurry. Also, the first girl who attended us, like she didn't feel like working. Well no way. The michoacana minus_ Bye.

This is the second time I've bought a crepe.
And due to bad luck or maybe they lack training but they are very tough

Today I went around 2:30pm. It was my first time trying this place. Everything looked really good but with all the options I was a bit lost on what to order. I went to their instagram to get a visual and ended up showing the girl the picture. There were two girls working and the girl who helped me was smaller and skinnier. She was extremely rude to me and gave no help or advice and what anything was. When she turned around to start my order she started talking about me to her other co worker. I didn’t understand why because I was nice and respectful. No matter how good a place is if the service is bad and the workers are rude I will never return and I will not be referring them to anyone. I hope the manager sees this and trains them on how to treat customers.

The worst of the worst, I have never seen the popsicles come in a sealed bag as if bought from a liquor. They put canned mangoes on the tostitos and the popsicles are well melted as if they had years of leftovers. I will never go back there again. Terrible quality ?

Looked at the menu online, small tostilocos says they are 6 dollars but when ordered they were 9 and they forgot to put queritos on them. Which was the main reason I went in

Your Bionico taste very bad, last time I put it on the trash, today I thought will be good but that cream need to improve, the fruit need to be fresh, very disappointed..not buying anymore..
