Disappointing and unnecessarily complicated experience.

Ordering from Love Letter Pizza was far more frustrating than it should’ve been. I initially tried calling in my order, but the process was confusing and overly complicated. Hoping for more clarity, I went to the location in person and asked to see a menu. They pointed to a menu posted on the wall. When I asked for a paper copy, I was told, “it would probably be hard to read.” That alone didn’t make much sense—why provide a menu that isn’t legible?

I then tried to find the usual deal I get and saw it listed on the wall menu, so I took a photo of it and placed my order using the pricing and items from that menu. At that point, the employee informed me that the prices were “old” and not accurate. While I did notice some prices on the wall menu had been scribbled out with a Sharpie, the majority were left unchanged—no clear indication that the menu was outdated or invalid.

When I asked, “So the prices on the wall are wrong?” the response was simply, “They’re old.” If that's the case, why are incorrect prices still being displayed to customers? It feels careless and misleading.

Overall, the experience left a bad taste—long before any food was even involved. I truly hope this place improves its clarity and customer service. It has potential, but right now, it's falling short.

So we decided to try this place because we heard about it from a friend. It’s located in a small area with a few shops next to the post office that we would’ve never seen it. There’s a sign but the area is a bit hidden in my opinion. It was not very busy on a Saturday around 4:00 pm. We were immediately seated. This place is pizza and chicken with an Asian twist. It a small place but nice with some TVs. Their menus are available through a QR code but I did see a copy on the wall when we entered. They give you some cabbage and corn dressed with thousand island dressing complimentary. We also got some pickled radishes which was good. We ordered mozzarella sticks that were really crunchy and tasty. The Parmesan and cheese tots were really good. The bbq chicken pizza and kalbi pizza was liked by everyone. The pizza regular size is kinda small and thin crust but they do offer two other types of crust to choose from. We got kimchi chicken pasta but without the kimchi. Unfortunately I can’t report in the popcorn chicken because I was stuffed from the other food items. A few of us tried the peach flavored soju that was good and they have other flavors to select depending on your preference. The prices are about average but they do charge for extra sauce.

Ok guys, I’ve done the research for you—I tried 7 different Korean fried chicken spots in 2024 and Love Letter, by far, takes the cake.

Call me a sauce fiend, I like my wings sticky, spicy, and just a bit messy, and Love Letter checks all the boxes. Their glistening sauce is SO addicting, and super satisfying crunch to the chicken.

And their pizzas also go craaazy here! Bulgogi and kalbi as toppings, and with a sweet potato-stuffed crust?!! SOLD.

Thanks for reading! ^-^

This is the place I go when I want a taste of home.

I'm going to edit the review today.
This is because the taste and price of food have changed a lot.
The price is expensive, the quantity is reduced, and the taste is less.
Pelicana Chicken at the source mall is number one. I always order pizza and chicken together, but the pizza is too big for the price.

Have ordered numerous times same order. This time completely wrong. Instead of spicy 1/2 chicken, got regular fried chicken. Once received nothing I could do about it.

If you're looking for Korean-style sweet chicken, I recommend Pelicana Chicken. However, their menu tends to be on the expensive side, possibly due to the brand name.

This place offers similar sauces at a more affordable price, which makes their seasoned chicken delicious. Since the seasoning sauce is key to the flavor,
I suggest negotiating for extra sauce, even if it means adding a bit more to the tip.

The service here isn't the best, though.

음식은 맛있으나 서비스는 경험한 것 중에서도 최악이었습니다. 직원들은 완전히 무관심하고 서로 이야기를 주고받는 것에 더 관심이 있었으며, 손님한테 관심없음.My recent experience at Love Letter was extremely disappointing. The service was the worst I've ever encountered. The staff seemed completely indifferent and were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. I ordered the green onion chicken, but to my dismay, there was no green onion in it. It's clear that the servers don't prioritize customer satisfaction. Not only was the service inadequate, but I even had to call the server over multiple times. It felt like a constant struggle to get any attention from them. This lack of attentiveness and responsiveness further highlighted their disregard for customer satisfaction. This was easily the worst dining experience I've had in recent memory. Unfortunately, due to the neglectful service, I have no plans to return.

K-Food's representative fried chicken restaurant Spacious, clean atmosphere and friendly staff...These days, everyone's food prices are rising, so I don't eat out much.Still, it's the ultimate Korean-style whole chicken. The other foods are also very delicious.Cold beer and chicken with friends.. will remain as a good memory.
